I recently tried Napoli's Pizza, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The crust was bland and chewy, the sauce lacked flavor, and the cheese tasted cheap and greasy. To top it off, the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The service wasn't great either slow and uninterested. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it and definitely won't be going back. The worst 50 bucks I've ever spent. The Italian beef was extremely dry and tough. Shrimp scampi had no garlic at all and had absolutely no flavor. The shrimp was over cooked and tough. Ordered a pizza through their Slice app estimated delivery 45-60 minutes, pizza ETA at 60 minutes would be 8:13. We finally called at 8:45 to see what the hold up was, claimed they never got the order. Offered to make our pizza and bring it, if we wanted to wait another 45 minutes. Our choices were wait or cancel so we cancelled. No offers to make up for our troubles. She had no idea how to get us our refund since we'd already paid. Said she'd call Slice and try to figure it out. I'm expecting the refund process to go about as smooth as the pizza delivery was. Do yourself a favor and stick with R&R folks. Instantaneous three strikes: canned mushrooms. Can't get much more foul than that. So I picked the mushrooms off (I normally love mushrooms, but they have to be fresh to taste like anything) but the red sauce was too much and too tart. Crust mediocre. The only other place I've encountered canned mushrooms in anything I've ordered up, pizza or omelette, is a truck stop off the highway in Northern Wisconsin called The Stretch. Worst service I have ever had. Got a sausage pizza with raw sausage. The waitress was absolutely terrible and to top it off the cook was in the kitchen scratching his beard and eating pizza toppings. Don't bother!!!! Several weeks ago I ordered delivery, Egg plant Parm, one of my favorite dishes from an Italian place. It was soggy on the outside, not done in the middle and the breading all fell off. The garlic bread was bland and soggy. I called and was given a credit for my meal. I ordered a pizza Friday, about the same price, paid extra for one topping and garlic bread. I was told on the phone the bill was $9+ and I asked if that included delivery. She said yes. It arrived and I was told my bill was over $14. I don't know how that is possible when most of it should have been comp'd. I questioned it and was told, "Well there is a $5.00 delivery charge." I am about a mile away from them. I explained I asked and was assured it was in the price quoted. So I paid the amount requested and a $1 tip as I assume it was not the drivers fault. I tried to call them and they would not pick up the phone. The pizza was sub par, I have had better frozen pizza and the garlic bread was again soggy and tasteless. I emailed them asking for resolution with no reply, 2 days later. So I feel my rating on here is justified. Don't waste your money here. read more

We ordered pizza & mild chicken wings tonight. When the order arrived my daughter bit into a chicken wing and it was covered in marinara sauce, instead of BBQ. I called Napoli's to let them know of their mistake & she laughed & argued w/me over & over again that that is how they ALWAYS make their mild wings! I said well then please send me an order of hot wings & I'll give you these back! She proceeded to put me on hold for 10 mins. When she came back she said they would credit me for the chicken wings, but I asked her if she could just send the order out tonight because that was my daughters dinner. She said I would need to pay for them again on top of another delivery charge, I said fine & hung up. I felt bad for my daughter, but by then my husband was disgusted - so he called to talk directly to the mngr. However the manger was "too busy" .. too busy to make a customer happy?! They weren't to busy to take my money! The lady I spoke w/was condescending & full of excuses. It is obvious that Napoli's does NOT care one bit abt their customer svc. This place is a joke and their food leaves MUCH to be desired! My advice is to skip ordering from this Napoli's & go to Tenuta's in Paddock LK/Salem instead!! read more
