I was looking at lighting, faucets, and cabinet hardware. They had an excellent selection and I was able to get the ideas I needed to make the purchases for our recent kitchen remodel. The designer met with me and showed me many faucets that they had in stock. Using her input, I decided that I wanted a black faucet instead of stainless steel, which will add a nice touch to our new kitchen. My wife agreed with the new faucet color and we were also able to find cabinet hardware that we liked. For design ideas, this is a great place to go, if you're in the market for remodeling. One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through…read more Our sales presentation was misleading. We did not receive what we thought we were given. Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. We waited and waited, only to discover that our replacent cabinets were broken once again. Another 3 weeks delaying our project. Owner Tom ignored us during this process. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB. Worst attention to detail I have ever seen. One of the deliveries actually occured when I wasnt even home. And Tom simply apologize that he forgot to check his email. Could go on and on. Please dont make the mistake we made. Go to a place that understands how to treat a customer.

My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color.
