Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

This is a store that cares nothing about customer service…read more Having owned a store myself and being very conscious of customer service, I am appalled at the customer service at Cleveland Lighting. After ordering thousands of dollars of lights over a year ago, we found ONE lighting fixture that fit our needs better for our dining room in an another store. So, we asked to return a BRAND NEW, UNOPENED fixture in the box for a refund. They insisted on a 25% restocking fee. This is outrageous. This is just a way for them to make more money on their lighting fixtures for doing absolutely nothing. They could care less about building any customer good will for any future lighting purchases. They obviously care more about making a buck than pleasing their customers. Yes, it was stated there would be a restocking fee but seriously? 25% ?? You spend thousands on fixtures and there is no room for an exception at times? You can be sure that I will make sure that anyone that asks me about purchasing lighting fixtures I will tell them of the poor customer service and will steer them to another store. One that actually cares about their customers.

Lucky for me the flatware was located right at the door I entered. The employee who was nearby greeted me with a smile. And asked if she could help me. Of course she could since I never have been here. She showed me where to go and stayed around and answered a few questions I had as well. All in all I was happy to stop in. But this visit I didn't make a purchase. Maybe next visit. Because I'll for sure be back.

Our salesperson, Judy, was professional and patient with us as we looked through all of the various choices. She also came to our house twice to help us lay things out. Unfortunately, my date thought that my outfit wasn't really beige, so...my solution....go shopping!! The waitress from our hotel recommended this store (we're staying in Independence). I was relieved to find they had a few choices of dresses available in my size (small). I even got a pair of shoes, small hairspray and my date got a Perry Ellis belt, all for under $100! The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. Lastly, I really like that the two stores are combined, although that's a recipe for a spending spree!!! Ha;)

It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

Not everything was super expensive, though there were very expensive pieces. Every corner is impeccably curated and filled with beautiful, thoughtful items. Laura of Pembroke is newly on my list of places to visit when I need a gift or want to buy something for myself (you know, for when you get in that mood of just wanting to buy something for yourself). I love that they are in Pinecrest and nestled near other wonderful spots. I bought a beautiful, glitzy necklace from the sale section that I cannot wait to wear. I'll be back!

I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.
