In an emergency situation, I know I can count on them if Dr. Phillips or Dr. Holder (they run a clinic together) are unavailable. The 2 birds that his friend purchased were replaced by the store but they refused to replace the birds he purchased or give him a refund even though that is their policy. His bird was very well taken care of but they accused him of being the reason that all 3 died even though he only purchased 1 and said he shouldn't have been sold a bird bc he is under 18 but they are the 1s that sold it to him.
