I normally would never even write a bad review about a business because at the end of day people have to make money. But the attitude of Craig just pissed me tf off. Owner is greedy af trying to charge $900 to install Apple CarPlay into a 2004 car. Unit is $250 INCLUDING backup camera but he will tell you the unit is $350 plus another $100 for a camera that's already included. So he's charging $650 for installation for a simple head unit. The math just doesn't math at all. So if I buy my own unit plus his installation charge of $250 for 2.5 hours. That's $500. Claims if you purchase from him he will give you 1 year of warranty. So I'm paying $400 extra for him to up charge me on the unit and tell me I have 1 year of warranty? If you say it out loud doesn't that sound absurd? It's either that or the wires and harness must cost close to $400 ‍i was able to justify my pricing but he can't ‍‍‍ read more

Because the radio in my car went kaput, I started to look for a place that could fix it for me. I Googled Car radio repairs and Parkway Stereo came up, and immediately, I sent a text to Parkway Stereo, and mind you, I did it around 9:00 p.m. with the hope and expectation to get a reply by the following morning. Not.. I got a response from Craig a few minutes right after I had sent my message. He asked me what the problem was and I explained it in detail. He came back to me and told me what the problem could be and that I would better off pursuing other alternatives instead of having my radio re-manufactured, which could be pretty costly. I would like to prefice this review by saying I had my car serviced here 3 years ago. The opinions of the service are a reflection of the service I received then and might not be what is done currently... I brought my 96 vw golf in for them to install a remote start. After I drove my car home, the car started to smell of burning plastic. I couldnt really locate where in the car the smell was coming from. After I brought it back, and 4 hours of waiting around later, I got my car back. This time I drove off and whenever I signaled to change lanes, both signal lights would turn on. I immediately turned the car around and brought it back to them and they promptly said they couldnt do anything for me. I had to bring the car into another shop to repair the issue, costing me another 200 dollars. This place is the absolute worst. read more

BAD ATTITUDE, I requested a quote for 2 front window tints on a jeep and the representative of the business was rude telling me to go somewhere else because I asked if it could be done for $75 instead of a $100 because most competitors I have called do the entire car for $150. They did: key-less entry, alarm, radio install, headlights and other work on my Crown Vic. Everything came out perfect and came out exactly as explained by the owner (Craig) AND in the amount of time he said it would take. The tech in the shop (forgot his name) did an excellent job working with me and explaining everything. Would give 6 stars if i could. I've seen some negative reviews in regards to the owners attitude. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on people, i get that....but in all honesty it's just his personality. Got my widow tints done this past weekend for my bmw 3 series. Job was done perfect and fast. I had work done on my cars here back in the day. 2004 I had my 01 Lexus IS300 tints, speakers and in dash flip dvd player (big deal 12 years ago), the work was done great back then. Also had my 06 Infiniti g35 coupe tinted here when I leased it. Again no problems. Pricing was never a problem with my dealing, but I also strongly believe you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more for the best work to be done on my car...That's just me personally, everyone is different. Thanks again Craig.
