went here because I had a coupon. 13 dollars for a jacket and a corset. They came back to me just fine, but it took about three days. The reason I'm not giving more than two stars is because they safety pinned my 350 dollar corset to the hanger so it would "hang" DO NOT POKE HOLES IN MY 350 DOLLAR STUFF! read more

We are walking distance from this cleaner and I really like them. They are always extremely nice and accommodating to my toddler when we come in and are so pleasant. I think they are a little more expensive, but because they are so close I'm willing to pay extra. I'm there every week with something and it always takes about three days. Not too bad. I did have pants tailored there and I would suggest going elsewhere for that. They did a fine job but I've had better. All in all, this place works for us! read more

I am shocked to see anything but amazing comments! I switched to Parkway about 4 years ago. I had a coupon and we had just moved from the west to the east side of town. I also had my previous cleaner lose a shirt. Did you know they are only liable for 10 times the cleaning bill?? Yeah, that sucks pretty hard when your shirts are anywhere from cheap to a couple hundred bucks (not so cheap). I've had nothing but amazing experiences here. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for; worth every penny. I've spilled peanut sauce on a white shirt, right on the embroidered design making bleach an "no-go". Ali worked some magic and it came back perfect, just like when I bought it. Amazing, thorough and the best in town. Even better than when my wife and I stayed at the Ritz and I needed a few shirts cleaned, and that costs a heckuva lot more! Thanks Ali, you're the best. read more

This place is absolutely overpriced! 4 dress shirts, 3 blouses and a jacket was $95!!! And that was including a $5 discount for new customers. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Definitely finding somewhere more affordable next time. Anyone have any recommendations? read more

Parkway Cleaners is the Nordstrom of dry cleaners. They are wonderful at what they do and are so good to their customers. They go above and beyond for us-always so helpful and friendly and accommodating to our timing. Our kids love gong there because they are so sweet to them. I brought in my designer wedding dress that had been drug through the dusty vineyard dirt, worn in the pouring rain and laid in the mud (a rock the dress session) although his reaction to the dirty dress was classic and very humorous, I was not optimistic about the outcome. Was flying out of town for business on a Sunday and was supposed to pick up on Saturday -- I totally forgot until about 5:30. Over priced! I asked for 4 shirts to be pressed and it was $9 per shirt, also he wants to take 4 days to do dry cleaning when maxwell charges $3 to press and $5 to dry clean and they do it SAME DAY! Going back to maxwell. This place is a joke and a half. read more

Dropped shirts off Friday evening. Was told they would be ready Tuesday evening. Good -- I needed them Wednesday morning. Went to pick them up Tuesday evening, a good half hour before their posted closing time, and found them closed. A sign on the door said they'd closed early for the day, due to a company meeting. When I came back to retrieve them later, I couldn't even complain. The clerk was on the phone the whole time I was there. Handed me the shirts, took my money, but didn't otherwise acknowledge I was there. I won't be back. read more

Excellent service and results. Ali will accommodate orders on short notice whenever he can. He is a master in customer service. He remembers your name and is always so pleasant. He asks about your kids or whatever he knows about you. He greets you with a big smile and an enthusiastic hello. I've told him that he is one of the nicest people I've ever met. While no dry cleaner can guarantee his work, Ali has always gotten every stain, spot, cigarette or underarm odors, chocolate, everything, out of my garments. They are presented to you pressed and looking pristine. I WANT to give him my business because he is an honest, extremely hard- working person who is incredibly pleasant and does a fantastic job. I have also brought him many things to be tailored (hemmed, brought in, let out, etc) and the craftsmanship is always impeccable. He's the kind of person you want to see succeed. Give him a try and you'll agree with me. He also sincerely appreciates your business. He conducts himself the way business used to be conducted- personably, honestly, and with excellent results.
