The next cleaning I had the hygienist broke my permanent retainer, so now it cuts into my lower lip. She didn't mention anything and I didn't realize right away but knew something was off. I decide to schedule another cleaning for 6 months. The time comes and a couple hours before the appointment they call to say the hygienist is out sick. A bit annoying but I get it. I reschedule. My next appointment is coming up, they call to say the hygienist is out sick. Okay now it's getting irritating. I reschedule. Now they call saying the provider won't be in the office that day. I didn't realize how hard it is to get a routine cleaning appointment lol. I have never had this problem with any other dentist before. I will definitely be finding a new one.

They are ridiculous. They are slow and clearly they don't care about your oral health. The hygienists really pay attention to you. Not only do they make sure to thoroughly clean your teeth they also take the time to address any concerns and answer questions. I appreciate their cheerful attitudes and polite candor. Dr. Wong and the other doctors are just as pleasant and enthusiastic about your oral health. They are very competent and well trained professionals who will guide you through the checkup. If there are any issues they will notify you and provide a detailed course of care. The building is relatively small (but not cramped) and completely updated to look like a modern, inviting home. The feeling of home is echoed in the friendliness of each and every staff member. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat. Gina Sanfilippo Monteagudo (the COO) even laughed on the phone and thought this was funny. Her husband Roberto Monteagudo owns both clinics. Unlike every clinic I've ever been to, they have you pay in full before anything is done.

Wait time is also very short if you show up on time. Usually have to wait for 5-20 minutes depending on how busy they are.
