The scheduling staff is very nice and even provides phonecard reminders. I even called with a mysterious pain and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, only to find I had a popcorn kernal lodged. I was very gracious for their kindness and flexibility. Routine cleanings also still come with a toothbrush, floss, a sample of toothpaste, and a smile. :-)

All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. My anxiety is about a 9. Not just from pain etc. Also my teeth are not the best and I feel embarrassed. Instead of judgment or silence. I received understanding and empathy. Through out the procedure, my pain was constantly there first concern. I was given multiple additional shots as they said, it turns out my canine was a "hot" tooth. The chair massaged me and Amber brought me a glass of water and a heated neck wrap. She even brought my wife back, who was waiting in the lobby; while I was getting numb. She was a very proactive and thoughtful assistant. Doctor Cook was a complete professional and her chair side manner was top shelf. This dental office is set apart from the rest and above them all, in it's own league. If you are on the fence and putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety. Dr. Caputo was able to see me this morning at 8:00. He was able to save the tooth and put on a temporary crown. Permant crown will be put on next week. I only mention this little experience because sometimes my friends are looking for a dentist for whatever reason. I highly recommend Dr. Caputo.
