Jacob found a reasonably priced tire for us and it was ready right before closing. As we started to get into the vehicle, Jacob and another tech ran from the store and got our attention. They had noticed that something was wrong when the tire was back on the ground. It was crooked. We received some suggestions for a repair shop as well as cold water. We made arrangements for a Lyft driver and hotel. We returned the next morning and the tow truck driver was able to coordinate with Discount Tire employees to reload our vehicle. Shoutout to Assistant Manager Jacob and the technician who kept us safe and helped locate repair shop options.

I really think they deserve more than 3.4 stars. I have always had good service and they work…read morewall-ins in. You have to be prepared to wait sometimes. The staff is super professional and respectful. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to get value for their tires and ongoing service. They have replaced my valve stems and keep my tire pressure maintained for no charge.
