Sure, its absolutely stunning on the outside and for the most part decent on the inside... But once you settle in, bugs. A LOT of bugs. I mean, 10-15 big flies a day. Black spiders, and beetles in our carpet and tons of ants. We are both extremely clean people too, so it had nothing to do with us. Our neighbor actually told us that they had a similar problem and even worse with rats. If you are really considering living here, check outside you'll see a rat trap, underneath your bathroom sink for rat traps in a wire type of thing, and white moulding (they'll tell you they just put it there because thats what they do to a vacant apartment, but they are full of it). Please- rethink before you move in to this place. I'm not sure how the town-homes are, but do not consider the apartments.

Karen is a bulldog on behalf of her clients. Buying a home is probably always a stressful and confusing affair, and buying our first house definitely was, but Karen made this probably as smooth and coordinated as it could be. She went out of her way to find us properties that she knew we would love, meeting with us at weird hours of the night when all of our schedules aligned. And, most importantly, she never made us once feel bad about it (although we still feel bad about that late night trip to Mattapan -- our bad!). What really made Karen stand out (and made me actually sit down to write a review) was her absolute dedication to her clients, a dedication that goes way beyond her responsibilities as a realtor. We closed on our house three weeks ago, and she continued to follow-up with us and pursue additional discounts that she may have found from the paperwork. But when she also found out about a really humiliating and discriminatory experience with a contractor who came into our home and made a number of homophobic and misogynist statements (we're a gay couple), Karen went way above and beyond, not because she saw it as her duty as a realtor but as a human being. Without prompting, Karen reached out to the corporate offices of the company who sent this contractor, pushing them to make this right and even helped to spread the word to other potential clients not to work with this company. She is, frankly, amazing, and we're really glad we managed to get the chance to work with her. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house or find an apartment.
