She washed my hair then put my under the dryer to deep condition. I was under the dryer for almost an hour. She was still finishing up her client prior to my appointment. Once my dryer went off I sat there for another 15-20mins before she took me back to her wash bowl. I thought she was going to rinse the conditioner out however she went to the back to eat. She didn't say "hey I'll be right back" or anything. So now I'm sitting with water dripping down my neck, shirt wet, jacket wet, i had to take my necklace off because it was so much. Once she washed the conditioner out she took me to her chair to blow dry. There was another client waiting after me who had been waiting for about an hour just in the lobby. Bri went to wash her hair and put her under the dryer while I sit in her styling chair with wet hair. Once she finally blow dries my hair she said I would be out in about 45 min to an hour. She then starts on my hair however she takes two phone calls from family and friends which could have waited. I finally leave the salon around 3:30. I've never had a silk press take more than 2hrs tops. This was the worst customer service ever. She overbooks and also squeezed people in last minute

Even after I combed it out for her (which they should've done in the first place), she still used the tiny comb and ended up ripping out chunks of my real hair trying to rake it through large sections of my thick hair. Also, I asked for 5 feed in braids, and even showed her a picture of what I wanted (5 simple straight back braids....I was quoted at $60. Guess what? She ended up giving me 4 braids and still charged me $60. Not the style I wanted nor did she seal the ends of the braids to make it look professional. I scheduled an appointment here a few months ago and they cancelled on me 30 minutes prior so I should have taken that as a sign to never go back. This place is TRASH. She responded with "Good evening yes it wasn't added to your service" word for word. In fact, I copied and pasted that message from our text thread from the night before my appointment. The service added was not a necessary service, it was a "shampoo and style". I would've been happy to leave without my hair being "styled" as it literally was a 10 minute straightener curl which most salons just do out of courtesy and certainly wasn't worth $75 so I would not have booked it, also part of that service was a shampoo which is a part of coloring hair so why would I pay for that again. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that the Stylist was running late, 25 minutes later I was called back. She directed me to her boutique to spend more money. No courtesy text. The services that I booked were an all over color and scalp treatment... those services went fine, although my scalp was on fire during the entire hair color process, which is not normal. The third service that I booked was eyelash clusters, I left the shop with glue ALL over both of my eyelids that I have video/photo proof of and a random lash cluster sitting on my eyelid, which she pointed out during service but did not remove. Towards the end of my appointment whenever I was supposed to be getting my $75 straightener curl style I was told to go sit in the waiting room so that she could get started on her next two clients. This was the end of my appointment, and I should have just been taken care of and finished but instead I was sat in the waiting room with the wet head so that she could take care of clients that she overlapped with my appointment. By the time I was called back to the chair to finish, my hair was dry and she had to sprits it with water to blow it out. My appointment was set from 1 PM to 3 PM and because of the Overlapping of clients I was not able to leave the salon until 4:11. I reached out to Cherhea To see if we could fix the issue of her overcharging me $90 for my appointment and she refused stating I was aware of services as if I don't have text messages to prove everything im saying. Again, I messaged her the night before to get this taken care of before stepping into her salon, because I was unwilling to pay for the extra service that she added for absolutely no reason, and without consent, or letting me know. So here we are.. That was my experience, in it's totality, and I will be disputing this issue with my bank. Stylist responded ridiculously & incoherently to my valid complaints. The lack of professionalism and accountability is crazy. I am simply stating the facts of my visit. I was very graceful during my time at the salon. I made it clear prior to my appointment that I was not interested in booking a shampoo & style, why would I book a shampoo and I'm getting color services? None of this is at all sensible/professional nor were the added services communicated or consented to, in fact I made it very clear I was not interested in it the night before. And the stylist reassured me through text that it "wasn't added to my appointment". I was never made aware that there were any red flags in my booking Nor was I ever made aware or notified by the stylist that a $75 service was added. The only communication that the stylist had for me prior to my appointment was my hair type and what color I would like. She mentioned ZERO concerns about my booking or added service. Man I wish could add video of the way my eyelashes looked when I walked out of there. I should have refused to pay, but I didn't want things to get out of hand. I sent the stylist a polite but to the point message in regards to this, unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue.

I'm in town for work so I had to Uber 30 minutes to a non existing stylist . The owner of the salon said she doesn't work there and the salon next door was completely closed. I had to call my bank to cancel my card as I saw I was bamboozled . I understand if things come up however if it was the other way around the client would be charged an arm and a leg for being late, no show or rescheduling. I had to move a lot around and reschedule other things for this appointment. Absolutely unprofessional
