Last night before heading back to Houston Texas, we had to check out the Poppin spots in D-town Nash! This place is called Blossom Bar / Parlour Bar. It's a pop up themed place every quarter and they change! Mo is our bartender and she is great. Made some smashin, kickin drinks to go with the theme! Come check them out and enjoy the good life! ChowChow Time!!

    Awesome

So much fun! It is great shark theme with a lot of cute details for a small place. The lifeguard bartender staff was kind and drinks came quick ! Awesome for shark week ! Must go ! Only thing I'd recommend is getting some higher end liquor like Godiva . :)

Note: I am a native Nashvillian and hate really touristy places... What a great experience! I went here tonight with my husband and friend and was immediately impressed with the decor. It was very upscale trendy that made you feel like you were in a nice, but not pretentious, place. The velvet booths are so comfortable and the music playing the in background is just loud enough to create ambiance without annoyance. We ordered from the bar as the seating wasn't staffed, but our drinks were brought out to our table which was nice. Our waitress was efficient and friendly, which I always appreciate (too friendly and the service is slow; too efficient and the staff seems rude). The drinks were awesome. I can honestly say that I did not mind paying $14 per drink here. I even ended up ordering the same drink twice because I loved it so much, which I never do because I always love to try new things. The smoked peach old fashioned is amazing y'all. Definitely order that if you like whiskey! It looks watered down but it's not. It has a great bold flavor that is extremely smooth. It's not at all too sweet like I thought it might be. I also tried the vieux carre my husband ordered and it was the same, amazingly flavorful and smooth at the same time. I ended up trying the sazerac (same as the others but sweet in a good way) and the Doolittle, which was my least favorite because it was like drinking air after the others but it could have been the order I tried them in. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing their pretzels are. We ordered two rounds because the first ones were so good! We also ordered the fries and they came out with a green cilantro sauce that was so flavorful I ended up dipping the pretzel in that instead of the cheese it came with. Our bartender told us they just added them to the menu and we told her to beg them to keep them on. Get these! You won't be disappointed unless you hate good things. In summary: go here! Order a whiskey drink and the pretzels then enjoy and let me know what you thought. Heads up: the valet is $20, not free! Park in a garage or Uber here.

My sister and I stayed at Dream for a night and grabbed a drink here before heading out. The bar has a warm and cozy vibe and the drinks were fantastic. My only complaint is that the bartender wasn't very friendly. When we walked in, it was unclear whether you're able to order drinks from a table or if you have to stand at the bar, order, and then take them to your table. The bar is set up more like a cocktail lounge that would have a waitress. After seating ourselves with no greeting, I made my way to the bar and ordered two drinks, and then took them back to our table. I know everyone has a bad night and I don't want to hold the service against the review overall, so I'm giving 4 stars, but would definitely recommend this bar.

Fun Nashville bar that rebrands with the season. A great regular spot to grab a drink before a night on the town. Fun conversations and friendly staff.

We paid for a table expecting a premium experience, but it honestly felt like we were taken advantage of. Our table had virtually no view because people were standing directly in front of us the entire time. We ended up paying for reserved seating that didn't provide any real benefit. On top of that, it was extremely hot inside with little to no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to stay for very long. Service was also lacking. It was difficult to get a waitress to come by, and ordering drinks took much longer than it should have. Because of the heat, the lack of service, and the obstructed view, we asked if we could shorten our table reservation. Even though we weren't getting the experience we paid for, we were still told we had to meet the drink minimum. That was especially frustrating and for 4 gals, we paid nearly $400 for 2 hours. I was also celebrating my birthday, and they never came by with the birthday sign or made any type of acknowledgement of the celebration while other tables did receive that benefit. The one bright spot of the night was the DJ--he was pretty good and kept the energy up all evening. Unfortunately, great music alone wasn't enough to justify the cost of the table. I left feeling disappointed and wishing the overall experience had matched the price we paid.

There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.
