This is a typical neighborhood parilla with seating indoors and outside.
Food: 3 stars - I ordered bondiola (grilled pork) and papas fritas provencal media (i.e. a small garlic fries). The fries are good and plentiful, but the bondiola was an awful cut of meat. Grizzly, greasy and under-cooked. C ordered the Ensalda Completa, which is a salad of tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, onion and beets. It was excellent! Also, they bring a small bowl of chimi churi. It was the best I've ever had. And with a nice kick to it.
Service: 4 stars - The place wasn't busy, so the service was pretty good. However, if it filled up with people, I imagine it would be painfully slow.
Ambiance: 3 stars - Average for this type of place. I imagine many tourist wouldn't stop here because it looks to be geared toward locals.
The good news is that they have outdoor seating. read more
