He gave his honest opinions of what could be replaced and what the rough costs were for each component plus labor. He re-gassed our unit and added a startup capacitor which seems to have done the trick! The outdoor unit kicks on easily, runs quiet and consistently now. And of course the AC blows ice cold now.
