My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from them recently. They could use a lot of work in the way things operate. Each person we worked with was super nice however the process was longer then it should have been. Our appointment was at 4:00 pm on a Friday. We were told we had to give them 2 days to go through the trailer and make sure everything was in working order and a thorough cleaning, this was the Wednesday before our appointment. Friday comes along and we made the hour drive to Payson for our 4:00 appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by the nice girl at the front desk. She advised us to sit in the waiting area for our trailer tour. We had not seen the actual trailer in person yet as we are an hour from Payson. We waited....and waited and waited. The finance guy came over and asked if we were ready to sign. We said no we needed to see the trailer to make sure its what we wanted. After an hour and forty five minutes we were finally taken back to see the trailer by a nice young gentleman. He took us in the back warehouse where they clean and work on the trailers. The trailer was being cleaned on the outside and so they stopped cleaning to give us a tour. It was surprising they were cleaning the trailer because we were told the 2 days we had to wait was so they could inspect and detail the trailer for purchase. We loved the trailer of course. As we were walking through the trailer we were told by the young gentleman that everything is inspected (water, electric, power, etc.) to make sure its in working order. He said the only things they don't check are the radio and canopy. Me and my husband checked the radio and canopy and they were in working order. The trailer inside and the trailer kitchen outside were super dirty. My husband and I did not mind though as it appeared they were cleaning it when we walked back there to view it. Upon doing a walk through of the outside we noticed one of the tires had a plug in it and it was leaking air to the point you could hear it. We voiced our concern regarding the tire and they offered to fill the tire so we could get it home and that we could take it to a local tire shop to have it replaced. They stuck with there word and paid for the tire replacement which was great however I did find it weird they were going to sale us a trailer with a bad tire until we noticed it (thank god we noticed it). The entire process took us from 4:00 until 8:00 pm to get out of there. Half the time we waited was for them to prep the trailer which we were told would be done prior to our arrival to view it. We made it home and parked the trailer. I will say they did not clean anything besides the outside of the trailer. The oven, microwave, outdoor kitchen, cupboards were all still filthy when we got home. I went ahead and cleaned it up but that was a disappointment. There are a few things that are wrong with it and we have an appointment to get it taken care of Saturday however they are things that should have been fixed prior to our arrival to get the trailer. The toilet leaks, the outdoor kitchen leaks, the tail light is broken and the back slide leaks if it rains hard enough. We hope when we take it back out there they fix everything correctly. I gave 3 stars because each individual we worked with was super nice and pleasant and the guy that was working in the little store was AMAZING!!! We loved him. Its the operation of how things run that is bad. It seems like communication and under staffing is the problem. I really hope they fix the items that need fixed on our trailer without issue. :) read more

So me and my boyfriend went to buy a camper at this place let me just say Jessica is probably the only person at this facility who has a brain and genuinely cares about her customers... if you plan on going here to look and find something you love please do not... just go to camping world they actually give a crap about their customers and regularly check in. I know this place is owned by a personal business I believe and if I was the owner I would go through and replace a lot of people cause it seems they lack empathy and judgment so if your a young couple they look at you as immature and broke... if you are super well off and can just throw money at them and are a complete A-hole then this is the place for you! read more

In November 2025, I purchased a new camper van from Parris RV. The van had six issues that Parris RV said they could address. Unfortunately, only one of these issues were resolved, and the remaining ones were either not fixed or were done poorly and required additional attention. 1. One issue was the intermittent working of the interior light switch. I assumed this was fixed, but the light switch is still flaky. 2. A cowling around the front fog light was missing. They replaced the cowling, but it fell off again after a few thousand miles. 3. The outdoor shower needed to be replaced. The replacement was not sealed properly and leaked into the interior of the van during heavy rain. There was also sealant on the side of the van from a sloppy job. The replacement shower head was leaking due to a missing rubber gasket. An interior panel was removed to access the shower, but it was replaced more than an inch out of line, making it impossible to make up the bed. 4. The toilet needed to be replaced due to staining from antifreeze. The new toilet was not secured properly to the base, making it wobble. This poor installation also prevented the toilet seat and lid from opening completely. 5. The interior upholstery on the sliding door needed to be replaced. They removed the original upholstery by destroying the panels. After removing the panels, they discovered that they had ordered the wrong ones and it would take several months to get the new ones. They reinstalled the original ones, but because they had ruined them, they installed them using scrap wood and wood screws. Not only did it look terrible, but the panels were hanging on by a thread and were dragging against the vehicle when the sliding door was opened. I had to remove the damaged panels, fix them, and reinstall them so the van could be used. When they finally got the new panels, I chose them and installed them myself, not trusting the personnel at Parris. 6. Finally, the lithium batteries were not working properly. The service department at Parris RV Service claimed to have reset the batteries, but if they did, it didn't work from day one. I took the van to a reputable dealer in Las Vegas. After the competent dealer tested the batteries they contacted the battery manufacturer, and determined that the batteries were faulty and needed repair/replacement. Parris RV was only able to fix one out of six items on the punch list. I had to fix or pay to have someone fix the other remaining items. Additionally, when I dropped the van off for repairs, it was clean. When I picked it up it was filthy, with handprints on the walls and doors, and debris on the floor. These are the reasons for giving Parris RV a poor review. read more

I see that I too should have read reviews first. Also bought my RV sight unseen and was lied to about some of the features in addition to being told I was 'a pain' by the salesman because I had 'too many questions'. Big list of issues with the RV, as well as trying to get recompense for items that were not as promised - unsuccessful. Decided to give up and go to another dealer to get the punch list items and go customer pay for the items that were promised. Easier to pay $500 out of pocket that work with the management of the Payson location. Best of luck to anyone purchasing an RV from Payson Parris RV. read more

Stop selling RVs you know are defective. Bought this RV 3 years ago and have had nothing but issues of it falling apart with each camp out. Especially the living room slide out. From not retracting properly, couch falling through the floor, still not retracting properly. Has been in to the dealership for repairs about 7 times. Gave a great review of the sales team in Murray, service after the sale not so much. Bought the 2025 fifthwheel toy hauler in November 2024, it needed a new rear patio door as it was damaged pre purchase. fast forward to March 2025, first trip out kitchen faucet leaked from the handle. was in Slat Lake City in April, went to the service department to see abou the door and ask about the faucet. to my utter awe and amazment the service writer said that dutchman would paint the door, repace the screen but I would have to drive 200 miles from home to dealership so they could LOOK at the faucet. TERRIBLE service after the sale as we were told at puirchase that the patio door would be replaced. read more

I just bought an RV sight unseen from Casey at Parris RV. He lied to me about several things about the trailer.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I shopped at this location. Bought a 2022 Amerilite trailer from them in July of 2023. It was missing a screen for the big window. It took us 4 months to finally get the screen. We have only used this trailer 4 times. Traveling down the road, the siding started to come apart from the frame. I wanted to trade it in for another type of travel trailer. After looking and finding what we wanted, they informed us that they would only give us $9000.00 trade in. Note, we paid 19,999 for it 1 year ago. I happen to work for an insurance company and when we insure a travel trailer we have to look up the retail value of the vehicle and insure it for that amount. This particular trail still retails at $18,369. Talk about a slap in the face. They didn't seem to even care. So, So, So disappointed!! I can't even begin to think of how much business we would loose in our insurance agency if we gave this kind of service. The trailer should have been under warranty from the manufacturer. They said it was not, however, I have paperwork showing that it has a 3 year warranty for this type of problem. The people at Parris RV said they would contact the manufacturer again and push to get this covered under warranty. I'ts been over a week, no call from them. I called and got voice mail. Left a message and no return call. I So, So, So, disappointed!! I will be purchasing a new RV, but not from this company! read more

We went to this location to pick up a camper, sight unseen, for our mother. Although we had to wait numerous days for them to call us back to make the final deal, the sales guy was nice when we arrived and gave us a walk through of the camper. After signing papers we needed to purchase extra parts to be able to pull. When asked about the parts we were shown one part for x amount of money and then quoted a price for parts and labor (thinking the quoted amount was for said part shown prior and install). With quoted price we said please install. After installation, which took maybe an hour, if that, we went to pay and were told it would be $200 more than originally told. The lack of communication between departments is inexcusable, especially when service and parts go hand in hand. The lady who works in the parts department is rude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her. Be aware, they also charge you more time for labor than the actual time it took. read more

Last summer, we were wanting to purchase a Stryker Toy Hauler. We tried to purchase from the Payson Parris location, but there were none in stock and they could not offer any timeline for arrival. This was something that we needed for a planned trip and couldn't wait any longer to purchase. During our search, we learned that you are allowed to take your RV to any dealership to have warranty work done on it. After not being able to find this trailer in Utah for months, we found one in Idaho. So we purchased from there and had great service. Fast forward to today... we had taken our trailer into Parris to be winterized. We called today to schedule the summer service and have some minor warranty stuff fixed. Later in the day, a service rep called to let us know that the "owner" was having her call to let us know that they would not perform warranty work on any trailer that they didn't sell. It would have to paid by us the customer. To finish this up... I understand it is hard to want to work on something that wasn't purchased from you, but... you have and would still make plenty of money off of us. We would have been loyal customers to you, as we have been so far. Now.. we get to be loyal customers to someone else and will wave as we drive past you. I'll make sure they send you a thank you card.. and next time "Mr. Owner" call yourself, take some accountability for bad customer service. Don't make your poor counter girl deal with the blame of your lack of business management skills. read more

This place doesn't even merit a single star. Many employees around, and yet not one said hi or approached us. We were new buyers (and we will for sure be owners), but no one seemed to take interest. We finally asked a couple of sales people (they were busy talking) a few questions. They were like deer in the headlights. I sensed irritation when we asked simple questions. We were interrupting them. I told them that we were new buyers and we needed more help. They basically just laughed at us when we asked for info and price. They told us once we picked out some they would then give us more info. Say what?! We asked about looking around, they told us "Just go out and look." Again, they were so rude, No one followed us out to help, and let us in to any trailers. They seemed to just assume that everyone should know the information, and that the trailers should just sell them by themselves. We are definitely going to be purchasing one, but not from Parris RV. read more

I haven't purchased an Rv from here but I do know they treat their employees like crap. They threaten to take away money from their checks for making little mistakes, they don't offer help and expect everyone to know how to fix everything by themselves and when it gets messed up they yell at the workers for "not asking for help". They give them so much work that they miss their lunches and stay 1-2 hours later and not get compensated for it, and don't get offered any overtime. They talk down and make their workers feel bad and say their work is crappy and looks terrible. Almost everyone who works there ends up quitting a few months later and they don't understand why. They are also just not a good business to buy from. Go somewhere else for your rv needs and don't recommend working here either. read more

I purchased a trailer back in September of 2022 Heartland Gravity G3570. Once I got the trailer we noticed that the trailer was not cleaned like they said it would be. The vent in the garage was not able to be operated. main slide was broke would go out would not come back in. bedroom slide molding broken. garage door is not sealed tight you can see light coming thru it. glue everywhere in trailer even on the walls and ceiling. couch on main slide broke. refrigerator door handle broken. second grey water tank not working. frame on garage door busted. pantry door is warped. storage door had bubbles, dents on it. bedroom slide outside was dinged and scratched. the said the best fix for this was to take a sharpie to it to make it black. Yet let me remind you this is a brand new trailer. This purchase was expensive the trailer has had several issues still waiting on parts that supposedly ordered now here we are in may of 2023 still waiting on parts. I have contacted the dealer way to many times to count. the one thing that makes me frustrated the most is that no one will contact me back I have gone to the dealership to talk to them about the parts and when they will be in. I get the run around from them. I have asked to talk to the manger and the owner of the company still have yet to hear from them. I am not happy with this purchase. If you want to spend $80k plus on a trailer and be treated this way you are more then welcome to go to Parris Rv in Payson Ut... read more

Do yourself a favor and run away from this place as fast as you can. I purchased a "Brand new" RV from these clowns in August of 2022. The unit I bought was missing a panel on the refrigerator, we were promised that a new one would be sent to us within 3 weeks. Today is March 14th 2023 and still nothing but empty promises. I've been had by disreputable sales and service staff, and I think the dishonesty comes from the top down. Don't know that my problem will ever be resolved, but it would do me good to know that this post may save others from the swamp that is Parris RV. read more
