We have a beautiful new deck, the fence was repaired. Some of the qualities that stood out to me were their professionalism, communication, thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. He gave me timelines for everything and always communicated if things were taking longer than expected. Sean's crew was absolutely fantastic at cleaning up at the end of the day. We were living in the house while they were working on it and I have kids so it was so nice to come home to a construction site that was clean and safe for my kids. The work that Cornell did was TOP notch. Everything in our remodel/addition is exactly how we wanted it. Sean contracted out some of the work to great local businesses who were also extremely professional and great at their jobs.
