I haven't been here in a few years (since the Hungarian owners) and things have gone down hill. The prices might be a little improved, but the quality of the product is not nearly as it was a few years ago. The crust is decent and the amount of toppings was nice. But there was very little sauce and almost no flavor - even with mostly meat toppings. Disappointing and unfortunate. I really like supporting local, small businesses, but there has to be a reason to choose them. I hope things improve. read more

Our 1st time here. Always anxious about trying new pizza places and they did not disappoint. We ordered the XL house deluxe for 3 of us. The crust was perfectly crunchy and not soggy. The topping was just enough and not overloaded. Paired the pizza with a couple of cold beers. We brought 1/2 home. Life is good along with the price and the service. Great pizza did not disappoint!! Would highly recommend. The garlic knots with cheese were fantastic and the pizza had great flavor.

Delivery was quick and the pizza was great tasting but they forgot my dipping sauce. They do put on a fair amount of toppings.

Pizza was FN AMAZING. Listen, you don't understand, this was the MOST DELICIOUS, DELECTABLE PIZZA TO EVER BE CREATED. The chef must've been doing some wizardry in the kitchen when he made our pizza. Nice new owners. They're trying hard to bring a sense of community to 301, and generally speaking, they're succeeding. There is a small bar, good finger foods (pretzels are excellent) and the pizza is really solid. The physical building isn't great, but it's clean and has a good parking lot. Great food, pricing is great and they offer a veteran discount. I truly believe this is the best pizza place in the area. We just went again this past weekend with another family who never tried it and they loved it. The meatball sub is not on the menu but it should be. Hoping that changes in the near future. I would have given 5 stars, but my meatball sub this past weekend, didn't seem as full of meatballs that is what is pictured below, this photo was taken a week earlier. If they make the sub, match this photo moving forward 5 stars all day. The calzone is the best for sure, it is double the size of other area restaurants. Crispy, and amazing. We are new to the area and thought we would give them a try. We wanted to call in an order and have it delivered. Calling didn't work. It said that we had to order online if we wanted delivery. I looked at the menu, decided what we wanted, then tried to place the order. The first thing I noticed was that the pizza was a dollar more. Then the salad was two dollars more. When I got down to a list of the charges, I realized They had hidden an extra two dollar fee in with the sales tax. It was getting later. We were hungry and tired, so I went ahead with payment. After entering everything, I clicked on the button that said pay. Nothing happened. No error message no message that it was complete. I scrolled all the way to the top then back to the bottom again looking for error messages . There were none. I started all over again from the listing on Google maps. Again the food two food items were three dollars more than on the website. But now they added 4.49 for delivery, $4.64 for a service fee, plus tax, +15% tip. And now an order that should be 28.99+ tax totals $48 read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but we wanted to try the new Parrish Pizzaria out. It's a little whole in the wall with great pizza! We got a large cheese with mushrooms and tomatoes. Stopped by here the other day on my way home. I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza and a drink. Both were tasty and what I expected.

Laid back place with good food and friendly staff. Do need to upgrade the bar though.

I've got nothing but good things to say. Our group of 13 walked in a few minutes before 11a on a Sunday. The dining room was empty and we thought this hole in the wall joint might not be the one, and we were absolutely wrong. We ordered wings as an appetizer, and they were some of the best ever. Crispy on the outside, just the right amount of sauce. The specific flavors we had were the Buffalo and the crazy Asian. We also ordered a bunch of pizzas - in short, if you're pizza wasn't good it's because you picked bad toppings. The sauce was perfect the crust was immaculate not light at all but not too heavy. I will drive 51 minutes again for this food. Owner and server were great and very accommodating. There were just 2 staff members there and they got our entire group served timely and patiently. We just moved to Parrish from Seattle and none of our furnishings have arrived yet. This place is close to our new home. Yelp reviews gave it a 4.6 so we tried it. It was great. The only negative was the price over $70 (with tip) for 3 items. But the pizza is so large that hubby and I can eat off it for a few meals so that makes up for it. Traveling cross-country we've been eating a lot of fast food. We were thrilled to have a salad. The lettuce was typical bag artisan style but they add fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and red onion. We also ordered wings. $15 for 10 wings in a great deal and they were yummy. Next time I would ask that they fry them 2x just because I like them crispier. The size and quality of the wing meat was good. We got the parm cheese and it came tossed in a garlic sauce which was awesome. The pizza was extra large for a pizza and I think the reason it cost so much was because I custom ordered the toppings; the extra $1-2 for each adds up quickly. All in all, we will definitely be returning, if nothing else for the wings! read more
