    My experience with Blue Moon Advisors (BMA) is one from another side. I was hired by them to design…read morea few logos and a presentation deck for a few of the clients they consult for. When BMA hired me, they were under an urgent deadline to deliver a professional looking presentation and logo for their client Natural Power Concepts www.NaturalPowerConcepts.com. BMA's sense of urgency required me to work through the night for several days and over the weekend; I really bent over backwards to help them and ultimately making BMA look like a professional business in the eyes of their clients, by proving BMA can get quality design done quickly and within budget. It has been nearly 6 months now and they still have not paid me, even after their client raved about the design work! I even completed the project within their small budgets and extremely tight timelines. Every time I contacted BMA about the outstanding invoice, I got the run around from their Chief of Administration, Leslye Galati. She asked me to resend her the invoice several times, told me I was at top of the bill pay pile, and even told me she would make sure I was paid. Now at nearly 6 months, I get no response from her or the owner Tony Drexel Smith. In my last interaction with her, she gave me the number of a guy named Bill Attinger and a phone number that didn't work. I was able to track down another number for him, but he will not return any of the calls my business partner has left for him. As of writing this, I get no answers to my emails or responds to phone calls. As a last effort to collect, I had to contact their clients directly to ask for payment. I can only imagine how embarrassing this is for BMA, if they can't pay their own vendors for services rendered, can they be trusted to consult for you as a brand, tell you how to manage your finances, or give any advice on how to run your company? Blue Moon positions themselves as an expert in business development and consulting, and under that expertise they also rate brands and tell them if their branding/logo/website is professional looking or not. When they hired me to help them with a few of their clients, it seemed as though BMA was a legit business, now I am not so sure that is the case. At they very least and in my experience with them, they cannot pay the people who help them look good in the eyes of their clients. After this experience, I would personally never do work again with BMA, Tony Drexel Smith or Leslye Galati again. I hope this yelp review, informs others the lack of professionalism exhibited by BMA or their inability to pay for services they hire out. I can only assume they are keeping the money instead of paying me for my design services, as they told me they bill all design fees to their clients. Be very leery about this group and know they may burn you.

    The most rude, unprofessional, and impolite customer service I ever spoke to in my entire life…read more I paid for a registered agent package today and then I noticed they offer mail forwarding services. so I started a live chat to enquire about what's included in the services, specifically scanning, as it's not clear on the website. The customer support on the live chat does not even greet you with Hi or Hello and they went on closing the chat and mark it as resolved without providing the full details. So I called, my question was simple: what's the difference between the virtual office package and the mail forwarding package as they both provide an address you can use to forward mails. the person on the phone said there is no real difference except the virtual office give you a lease agreement and includes all mailing and scanning fees. It was strange as the pricing is way different, so I went and confirmed with this person multiple times and I said so if I just need an address to forward mails coming to my business then I will juse use the mail forwarding service as I won't need the office lease agreement and she said yes. I was still skeptical, I went back to the live chat and asked if it's true that that's the only difference between the 2 plans? and the live chat person said no, the mail forwarding can only be used for things like state filings. So now I'm even more confused and I said why the person on the phone said that the only difference is the lease agreement and the fees? they go: oh everything is explained on our website?? like what?? nO IT'S NOt, the website is super confusing and thats the reason why Im wasting all this damn time trying to figure things on my own. So they ended by: you better call us. So I called again and the person on the phone was HYSTERICAL. she was oh we went through this already and you went to ask the same question on the chat, I explained to you many times bla bla bla bla. she was super hysterical and super unprofessional like she was speaking to her boyfriend not to a business customer. Then she confessed, that no the mail forwarding package cannot be used with banks etc, so I said why did you tell me there is no difference then?? I tried to be patient and listened to her and then everytime I started to speak, she goes on interrupting me again and go on HYSTERIC MODE again. Extremely irritating and confusing service and the most incompetent, unprofessional and childish customer service I ever dealt with. I'm not even going to use this clown company for my registered agent services. I'm a very patient and calm person and rarely I get so irritated by someone, but this was the most horrible interaction I ever had in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS MY WORD.

I use them for my virtual office for two of them. They are keenly intelligent, friendly and above all, are quite inexpensive. In addition to all of this, Claire is an amazing woman who not only handles their accounts, but has a huge bowl of candy that she is more than willing to share. You can't ask for anything more...top notch business acument, great business resources and some Mik Duds. I'm a happy guy.
