We experienced an emergency situation when our well ran dry, and Paul responded by coming out to assess the situation hours after we called. Whenever we contacted Sterling, Cathy either picked up the phone or called us back within minutes of receiving our voicemail. Cathy also gave us accurate and detailed information about the charges we should expect, in dealing with the unpredictable nature of well-drilling. We are especially grateful to Paul for clearing his schedule to help us in our emergency by drilling our new well the week after we called him, even though his schedule was full. He and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, personable, efficient and good-communicators. When the well's yield appeared to be low, Paul calmly explained our options going forward and patiently gave us time to make our decision on how to proceed. I needed these tests done because I'm selling my home and needed then for the closing. He gave suggestions to improve the water productivity and also offered to have the buyer call him with any questions they may have. The Buyers did end up calling Chuck at Ferris Pumps and he answered all the Buyer's questions and resolved any future issues that may arise. Chuck was amazing and I recommend him to anyone who has well, pump, purification issues or just needs Water Testing done. At first he whole experience was tolerable. The techs that came out were ok but they would not look…read moreat the pump as I requested and had som eissues communicating with me. They acted like I was not there and would not check the whole system as I requested (this was an emergency call). They stopped at the pressure tank. A week after I paid by check they called and told me my check had been returned. I gave them a different payment, paid a returned check fee and called my bank. They had never submitted the payment to my bank. I had to cancel the first check and when I called to discuss it with them as they now had made me pay twice and with additional fees, I did not get a return call. I called again and Madeline bsically laughed at me and said it was not her problem and the fact that they got a charge back (from a bank that was not mine) meant it was my financial responsibility even though it was their mistake. When I threatened to report them for bank fraud they mysteriosly were able to rectify the situation. Terrible company, terrible people, fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs.

We we're most grateful to him and his crew who came so far away from their region to help us. Within a week they were at our property drilling, struck water within 6 hours (~160 feet for us), and the following day dug out 80+ feet of earth, placed all the piping, buried everything, and connected everything.
