Sadly they don't. They texted for pickup and provided the cost ahead of time. Respect. I was asked if I was going straight home. I wasn't, I was given a padded packet with ice pouches to keep the integrity of the medication in tact. I had to do a consultation and that's when the fun started! Dotti was a mf rockstar!! This is a well-run pharmacy in a convenient location near Henderson and Silverado Ranch. Lots of parking and easy location to get in and out quickly. Wish they were open weekends, but did work with me on holding the meds til I could pick up. Inside, it's packed full of vitamins and over the counter cold meds. I come here for my cat's medications and I really appreciate this place because their customer service is great. My veterinarian really lags on calling in prescriptions and it's usually a three-way battle of me calling the vet and then me calling the pharmacy and then me asking the vet to call the pharmacy and asking the pharmacy to call the vet. It's such a hassle because of my vet. But solution specialty pharmacy always does the extra work and calls my vet to make sure my cat gets his medications. They are also really helpful and teaching cat parents how to administer medications! I really like how they offer different flavors for them as well. I visited them early June to get a prescription! Long story short, Dr prescribed Semaglutide with B12. Since my insurance didn't cover it, Dr sent me to this pharmacy. They called and explained it to me along with transparency with price which I appreciate! About a two month supply for $220 and my doses 2.5 mg every week but second month, upping it to 5 mg per instruction. Break it down: Location: easy to find, lots of parking Cost: affordable and doable considering paying out of pocket Staff: friendly. Cashier got my prescription and sent me to the desk of the pharmacist to explain it. She did an amazing job demonstrating how to dose myself which I appreciate I would come here again for my refill. This pharmacy was once a 5 star for years, but customer service has declined since 2018, and worthy of 5 when loyal customers are rewarded w/discounts - not increases. I have been going to this pharmacy for many years after I was referred by my doctor I believe in 2018. Matt (pharmacist/owner) offered me a referral discount on my medication in my brand preference that he honored for years. I remained a loyal customer month after month, year after year. It is worth driving across town. In 2020 the price jumped up a little, maybe $20 more. Not too much. I remained a loyal customer. Fast-forward to Fall 2024, the discount was completely removed, and now I pay over $253 for a qty of #90, when i had been paying $251 for #120. I originally paid $175 #120. I have asked for Matt, and asked for price confirmation. The techs will not transfer the call to Matt, nor have they offered me a discount for being a customer for at least 6 years. I can't afford to pay $253/mo. read more

This is the only compound pharmacy I've trusted for over 10 years. Yes Matt, is ultra amazing and great. But over the years, he was able to hire other pharmacists to help, they may not have Matt's personality but no one can really compare apples to oranges. Every individual is different and I read on a comment below that made me sad. I did feel the same initially (because anyone who wasn't Matt was never going to live up to my standard of this pharmacy). But I learned to be optimistic and adapt. The pharmacy techs are very hard working and kind (they are the backbone). I am forever grateful for this pharmacy and staff. Matt, you have created an awesome team. I forgot the most important part especially after leaving the state, people don't realize how much and how high compound pharmacies can mark up their profit margin drastically.. yes, I love this place and their people but I never question their pricing ...! If you went elsewhere for the same prescription .. you could be paying 1-10x higher in mark up (yes, it may not be super cheap but, it's your health that you're investing in). I am blown away by their service. Wow. First time here, and I was dropping off a script for my husband. As I walked in I was acknowledged by 3 separate people working there...one who was on the phone with a customer, another helping a customer and finally one who was busy but assisted me right away. I was so ready to be ignored when I saw that everyone was busy, and that just didn't happen. You know how it is, in most places of business the staff acts like they don't see you and maybe even hopes that you will just leave before they have to deal with you. Well, that does NOT happen here. I thought that I would be told to return tomorrow to pick up the script, seeing how busy everyone was. That didn't happen either! I swear they had it ready in about 5 minutes. There was no compounding, and obviously it was in stock. I felt as though I was the only customer in the place. They put me 'first'. I used to work in a pharmacy, and if I still did...I would quit and come to work here. This place is amazing. Needed a compound and vet recommended this business, trust vet so came here. Business called to advise they got the script, advised when it should be ready and to call ahead before pickup to be sure. Called ahead was ready, picking up parking was plentiful and business clean. Staff were polite and efficient, checkout and consultation great. As for selection- seemed to have a good one on the floor and I assume back of house. Value- well cheaper than human and if it works will help pet so yup good value. The very nice man I'd asked turned and asked this person if they carried it and she angrily said "no!" as soon as he asked. I said, "ever? Because I got it here last time." She made a half-assed attempt to look it up, barking out hostilities as she did nothing, before I told her to just stop. I don't believe she had the ability, not the interest, to figure it out. The only reason I am rating this business 1-star is the dismissive nature of the manager's response to Galina S. That employee is well below average for this business. Put her in the back or on the street where she belongs. If she's the owner, she needs to put herself in the back. Most of the employees here are excellent.
