The two times they been there I have gotten attitude, and the dogs return to me acting traumatized the combination has made me rethink my choice. They act pissed when I don't make a follow-up while there. I'm retired and with my babies all day long. I don't need the attitude. I know they have a business, but I pay their ever-increasing prices and tip generously. I think i can get better service elsewhere.

When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. What intrigued me about Granny's - #1 - She 'interviews' you and your dog before accepting. If she feels that your dog is too aggressive, she won't board.(My dogs and I spent over an hour with her, getting to know her and her place, and interviewing her as well.) #2 - She has been boarding dogs for 17 years - SHE KNOWS DOGS #3 - Her back yard is better than any dog park I've seen. Totally enclosed. Mowed and kept. #4 - If your pooch wants to sleep in her bed - that's great! Good to know: Michelle loves dogs and their health and happiness and well being are all in her best interest. DO NOT expect your dog to come home groomed and smelling pretty! (That's a minor thing.) Final Words: This was my first time boarding my babies (yorkies) with Michelle.
