I was quoted $250 for cats spay the day before I went in when they called to confirm them when I when in they charged me $375 and said inflation but that's a blatant lie that they just want to take the money of college student because inflation doesn't change the cost over night. tried to force me to get a bunch of un need procedure on my cat just to squeeze more money out of me. definitely recommend any other place then this on. not to mention when I dropped my cat off for the spay they tried to charge me $1500 for a spay. I had to argue with them for hours explaining I didn't what these others procedure that they were adding on without even asking me if I wanted that for my cat. honestly just avoid this place, no care for animal.

We appreciated their low fees which allowed many who couldn't afford the high priced fancy clinics and just needed a place for immunizations, spay/neuter or even something as simple as nail trims to have a pet. Sadly because their full time vet left they were unable to continue serving the community & they closed. We will always be thankful to Dr Wendy and the family staff for their compassion when we had to put our first pet to sleep. They were so kind. We were sorry to see the clinic close knowing it meant many seniors & other lower income families could no longer afford to have a pet for companionship.

Dr. Rees was very helpful in trying to help us find a diagnosis. Unfortunately, we didn't find one until Macy began having seizures, at which point she needed specialized care at MSU. (She turned out to have a very rare and difficult-to-diagnose disease called GME.) We ended up working with a neurologist in Boston, and Dr. Rees was always very willing to work with him and with our vet at MSU to make Macy's treatment as convenient for us as possible.

The last dental my dog had 3 years ago cost $400. Today I was quoted almost $2,000 for a 14 year old 7.5 pound Shorkie that has most teeth already removed. Very disappointed in the skyrocketing pricing. I hate to have to look for another vet clinic but it looks like I have to.
