I found parties for peanuts on yelp and hired them for a Christmas/birthday party. I spoke with Howell over the phone and was very easy to work with. He was also able to accomodate me in my request for a Pokemon character since that's what the kids wanted. The show was a success with the kids and went exactly according to plan as Howell explained on the call. The organization of the party was perfect. Started with the character coming out, games, pictures with the characters; then they did the tatoos and face painting afterward. It was Howell and his partner. His partner did the face painting and the kids were happy with what he did. He was even able to draw little pokemon creatures on their faces. Oh, and they also did baloon animals which was also a big hit. For a little under an hour and the satisfaction on the kids faces, it was well worth the price. READ REVIEW: Reciently booked a communion party with them. I requested a magician as this is a passion of my son's. I was told that they would include balloons animals and face painting, however the booking was for a magician. The girl who came was dressed as a clown at which point my son ran into the bathroom as he is afraid of clowns. I asked her to go get changed if she could back in street clothes because I did not hire a clown as he was afraid. I also asked her why she was dressed as a clown when it was supposed to be a magic show. She got changed and came back when she started paint faces. After face painting she then did balloons..... I didn't say anything cause the kids were having fun but the magic show was at the end for about 10 minutes and consisted of 4 tricks. This was my second time to hire Parties for Peanuts. First was during my son's first birthday party in 2018 with Captain America who did a great character performance! Second was just recently, during my daughter's first birthday last Feb 22 when we hired a magician. Vince the magician did an excellent show! He was able to capture the little kids' attention. Even the adults were very much entertained! Everybody had a great time. He was also very flexible. Despite the limited space we have in the venue, that didn't prevent him from doing a great and fun magic show and balloon making. Howell, the owner is flexible too. I was initially looking for a unicorn character or unicorn magician that was unavailable, but he recommended someone who exceeded our expectation. Thank you Parties for Peanuts ! Kidds had a lot of fun with the magician show and were thrilled to see live doves and to pet a live bunny! I hired Parties for Peanuts for my daughter's Mickey/Minnie Mouse themed 2nd birthday party. What a great choice! At the outset, Howell was responsive and helpful. It was refreshing that he answered the phone every time I called and even called me after the party to find out whether I was pleased with the entertainment. I sure was! Mickey and Minnie Mouse arrived on time and were very entertaining. The kids loved the experience! The two girls who dressed up as the characters engaged the children the entire time, playing music, painting faces, sticking tattoos, and making balloon animals. We just had the Easter Bunny come to our home on Sunday. This has been a tradition in our family for many, many years. We started it with our children and our brothers and sisters children. Now it's continuing with the many grand children. All the kids dye their eggs and each one picks their favorite egg and holds it to there head for their annual favorite egg picture. Everyone has their favorite egg picture going back to early childhood. The older children-adults now- still stand in line for their favorite egg picture. The Easter Bunny, supplied by Parties for Peanuts, is always the hit of the party. The Bunny dances with the kids, takes pictures, gives out balloons, and also paints their faces. My daughter's 1st birthday was on Saturday and Minnie came in and it was a huge success, all the children's faces lit up. Especially my little girl which was cranky all afternoon until she saw Minnie. The Minnie Mouse came in danced with the kids and the kids were super happy; Then the kids enjoyed the face painting tattoos and animal balloons. I was looking for a Minnie character and could not find one I went on yelp and found all the great reviews about this company and I called and spoke to Howell he was very accommodating for such short notice and I was very pleased with the service. Hired a Rapunzel cosplayer to entertain the children for my daughter's 1st birthday party. Spoke with Howell, who was very professional and nice in arranging it for me. The cosplayer came in on time and couldn't believe how she crammed quite a number of activities for the children. She was even nice enough to stay a bit longer to face paint the children. I paid a little extra for tip for this. The only little gripe I had was that she had a boombox and was difficult to coordinate with the DJ with her music. DJ didn't use CDs. Please Howell, give your employees mp3 players! What is a boom box? What is a CD? Overall, it was very affordable, easy to work with, and made the children very happy. read more

We used Party for Peanuts for my son's second birthday party and they were great! Howell was really easy to work with and super efficient in locking everything in. He was also really flexible with us when we requested that no lollipops be handed out and I didn't feel pressured to do 90 minutes when we wanted 60. The entertainer herself was really pleasant and sweet to the kids. I only wish she had a mic so we could hear her better among all the toddlers, but she was really patient with the kiddos who kept coming back for more balloons after popping the ones she had already made for them. This is the second time I have used Parties for Peanuts and I was so pleased both times! I threw a surprise party for my daughters 8th Bday this past weekend in the backyard ( COVID concerns) but wanted something a little extra special for the kids so I rented a cotton candy machine with an attendant from Parties for Peanuts. Jasmine arrived early, set up her machine and was soooo sooo lovely with the 12 girls at the party! The girls loved the cotton candy and loved talking to Jasmine! Howell, the owner of the company, is very responsive and professional in all of his interactions. I would def recommend this company for any kid party! read more

Howell was very nice over the phone: super attentive to our needs and explained everything very well. The day of the event we were concerned about weather so when I called to see what we could do, he was kind enough to allow cancellation up to 1.5 hours prior to my event - which is really considerate that we could give this short notice. Thankfully we didn't need to cancel and we went through with it. As for the petting zoo/pony vendor: Karen - she was awesome! she was here super early to allow for setting up. The 1 hour time slot only began after she was fully set up. The animals were great - and we got some great pix. Overall, A+. read more

I hired Parties for Peanuts for my baby's 1st Bday. It was a cookie monster theme. So I hired the magician with balloon animals which was a super hit. I had about 30 kids and even the adults were all trying to not miss the show. After the magician with perfect timing, the cookie monster showed up and incorporated the piñata and games. We also got the face painting and all the kids had soooo much fun, parents told me their kids fell asleep once home :) I'm definitely thinking of what services I can hire for baby's next bday party. I hired parties for peanuts for my one year old daughter's birthday. From the beginning, Howell was very professional. He answered when I called. If he needed to call me back, he did. The entertainer was very nice and showed up on time. She did a great job with the kids. My daughter loved the entertainment. the older kids had a blast dancing, balloons and face painting/tattoos. I recently booked PFP to provide entertainment for my daughter's first birthday party. I must say Howell was most attentive, receptive and understanding. I hired Parties for Peanuts for my son's 5th birthday. They were the only company I could find who had a Minion costume. Howell was absolutely wonderful and professional to work with thru the process and even followed up after the party to make sure everything was wonderful. Not many companies do that. The person they sent to dress up as the minion and then play games and face paint and do balloon animals was also wonderful and great with the kids despite the heat. We used parties 4 peanuts for our daughters 5th birthday. It was a shopkins party and with the help of Howell we got a photo booth, princess bounce house, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine and Belle. Belle stole the show she simply stunned us.
