Partners Imaging Satasota. Not much of a "partner" to the patient. I had an 815am appointment today (45 minute drive) a lot of traffic, I tried to call/text that I was pushing clock in heavy traffic. Arrived at 816am. BUT was turned away because I missed my "TABLE TIME" if 800 ??????? 73 years on the planet and I've never heard of a TABLE TIME. They wouldn't see me and rescheduled me for 10 days out. Probably NOT. They are just too cool for school. Receptionist was not friendly or flexible. It you can go somewhere else, you probably should. They don't need your business...and I don't need them as a "partner". read more

I would give stars for the front desk staff and the person who performed my MRI but the person (Supriya Gupta) who read my report was completely incompetent. Not only did they grossly misdiagnose the size of my pituitary tumor (50.7 vs .50) but they refused to respond to repeated requests for clarification from myself and my doctors. Horribly terrifying experience. I was told by my neurologist who examined the MRI himself and finally gave me the answers I so desperately needed that the report was filled with errors. Also, the fact that no one I spoke to at their office could help me get clarification on something so serious was completely unprofessional. After many years of using their services, I will not be going back. read more

Horrible communication. My mother has had three appointments for a PET scan, and all three have fallen through. The first time, they did call her a day before to let her know they hadn't received the necessary paperwork from her physician. They still had not received the paperwork the second time, but they did not let us know. We showed up, and they turned us away. The third time, they sent a text stating the appointment was for 2:30 (arrive 15-30 min early) when it was supposed to be 1:30. To be fair, they also left a voicemail stating 1:30. The day before the appointment (which was the same day I received the voicemail and text) I had cut soaking wet carpet and dragged it to the curb for 5 hours (hurricane). It's not an excuse, but I wasn't in a state of mind to call to confirm, and I went with the last appointment time that I was told, which was 2:30, and assumed the 1:30 time must have been an error. I planned to arrive at 2:00 (30 minutes early). At 1:12, they called to ask where she was. At 1:27, I told them we could be there by 1:45. They said it was too late, the medication was expired, and my mother would be charged for the medication. I was told the 2:30 appointment time was for the "last" part of the appointment. Nowhere in the text does it state it is the last part of the appt, and why would they send a text for the last part but not the first part? read more

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. For three days straight, the call was picked up and immediately terminated by the answering party. On the third day, I was placed on HOLD, then, after repeated cycles of being placed on hold, the call was dropped by someone in the office. I could tell this was intentional as I could, briefly, hear office chatter in the background. Is this any way to run a business? I can assure you, this is not what doctors Goldberg and Rozin had envisioned. The problems at the bottom start at the top! I hope you can fix this. read more

Can not get them on the phone. trouble leaving them a message. many times when I called the call was disconnected. they do not call back if I was able to leave a message. tried to schedule a mammo but they said they needed info on my last mammo. I paid over $1000 to get a CT heart scan and they could not even give me a copy of the scan. They said the only way that I could see the image of the scan is to come into their office and pay $15 to get a CD. When I arrive the office today, I waited 30 minutes to get them to burn the CD and they had a problem with their system. They couldn't even print a color copy of my scan. How is it that in 2024 a company called imaging partners can't figure out how to provide a customer with a copy of their scan? I mean, who these days has a computer with a place for a CD? This is the most ridiculous experience ever! read more

Front office is not helpful or friendly, scheduling people don't call back (10 days now), they have excuses for everything, don't send needed and requested information over to other provider, etc., but: they do take your money quickly!!!! The front office ignored the insurance card presented and made us pay $525 for their estimated co-pay. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I called their billing department a few weeks later that we found out they were using the wrong insurance and billed the wrong insurance company. The easiest mammogram ever and the best, most friendly techs. Women have their own side of the office for mammograms and it's peaceful and convenient with a restroom by the changing room. I was in and out in fewer than 25 min and that's with all the paperwork we have to do nowadays. Front desk staff super professional and all around great experience. First off I woke up with a fever, I was nauseous, had diarrhea all morning and was dehydrated, had a bad headache etc and called them as soon as they opened to reschedule. The girl I talked to said "You will have to pay over $300 for the medication that was ordered for your scan". Uh. Ok so I will have to have someone come take me there because I am sick and I cant afford to lose that kind of money. So my husband had to leave work to take me there. All I could eat was a few crackers and a cup of tea all day (1:30 appointment). We got there (45 minute drive) and she told me at the front that they don't take my secondary. Not true I have been to Partners Imaging in Bradenton 4 times. They have it on file. She types on computer and said she didn't see it and she can't take it because she had to call for authorization. No other place including the Bradenton office does that. Then she tells me they don't take Humana. I looked at their list and it is on there. So then she charges us a co pay which I never have done. When I got home I looked at the patient portal and I have a negative balance that is more than the copay she charged so I am owed money. Why didn't she look at that when she was looking on the computer???? I am a nurse that used to work as front office staff for a busy doctors office doing insurance filing and NEVER have seen or heard such rude and nonsense. Like many others have stated. This place is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. You are better off using a hospital or another facility. However the tech I had named Omar made the rest of my experience better. He had a smile the whole time and talked with me about life making me forget about my physical and emotional pain I was dealing with. Thank you Omar. My 11 yr old twisted his ankle by slipping by the pool. I took him to his pediatrician and she ordered x-rays to be safe. We went over to Partners in the pouring rain with a swollen ankle. I walked in at 4:42. The blonde girl at the front said I'm sorry but I know it's not 4:45 but we have 2 people waiting so we're not taking anymore patients. I was in tears not wanting to go to the ER. To make matters worse their hours online say open until 7! What a joke this place is. Also said masks required for entry but workers didn't and people in waiting room didn't. Why post it ? I had an appointment in June of 2020. I received a form letter after, stating that all was normal with my mammogram. A year later my doctor gets a written report that my results showed two spots. She called me and asked if I had followed through and gotten a recheck. It was unbelievable. She kept calling and asking for an explanation of why we were not informed properly. The place ignored the calls and when they finally called me they blamed the gynecologist. Rude lady and didn't seem to care or understand their mistakes. What a breath of fresh air. This was the fastest mammogram I ever had and the staff was fantastic, friendly, and efficient. A+!!!

If you want to wait for nearly two hours to be treated rudely by office staff and given misinformation by radiology techs, then this is the place! Had to get an ultrasound But I had to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours waiting to be seen. I was told by the tech to come by first thing in the morning to pick up the scan, and when I got there the following day they told me they won't release it for three days as per "policy". Therefore I have to postpone my doctors appointment all the while in pain. The front desk girl could have given less of a shit about that or anything else concerning my situation. Absolutely terrible the way they office handled the situation. I came on Friday for my mammogram (the technician was amazing) . I did ask if i need to call to my previous place for images from previous time they told me that they will take care of it. I was also told to wait for 72 hours to get my report. Called on Wednesday and my report for some reason on hold, obviously because they never contacted my previous place on time. The report was uploaded on Wednesday, today is Thursday i called again and the rude manager tells me that i need to contact their technical support guy , instead of her to try to call him and request it to at least to make an effort just like another lady just did in front of me when I eventually showed up at their office. She made a copy and called the guy and was told there were some issues with my account. The whole experience should not be stressful, this is why people come for screening and if there's something wrong to react quickly. Poor customer service. terrible experience. the fact that they did not ask me when or if I had a covid shot and when I received it, was inexcusable. there have been many false positives on mammogram results due to enlarged lymph nodes after the taking the covid vaccine. Not only did they keep me waiting an hour and a half before the procedure, they were remiss in not asking me when I was last vaccinated with the vaccine! My wife's General Practitioner sent a script to Partner's Imaging after she received a diagnosis of Aphasia. The PET/CT brain scan was scheduled for September 23, 2021. I had spoken to someone in their staff the day before to get specifics about what my wife can eat or wear for the scan. I asked about payment and was told that Medicare would pick up 80% and the 20% balance was covered by our supplemental insurance. We arrived at 11:15 for a 12:00PM appointment. At 12:15 we were both asked to meet with the Supervisor. I believe her name was Ms Broderick. We were told that the script our Doctor had sent requires a different injected Radiotracer than a regular CT scan and that it would cost $6,000.00 out of pocket. I asked if we were willing to pay the $6,000.00, could they still do the scan but Ms. Broderick said that they didn't have that medication and it would have to be ordered so it couldn't be done now anyway. Then we were told that we needed to pay $110.00 for the medication that they had ordered for a regular CT scan because it has a short shelf life. I later confirmed with our Doctor's office that they had made it clear that it was a PET/CT scan to determine if there was amyloid plaque on the brain. This was Partner's Imaging's mistake. The order from our GP was quite clear. We traveled an hour to get there, an hour to wait in their waiting room and another hour to return home, accomplishing nothing but a charge of $110. We will be sure to find another Imaging center that can do the scan even if it costs us more because there is no way I would ever enter their inept facility again. I went in for a CT scan and could not have been more pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the timeliness of the appointment and the professionalism of the technician, Regina. Regina was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As someone who cannot stand the site of blood or the thought of needles, I cannot thank her enough for her comforting nature as she walked me through the procedure (which involved an IV for contrast fluids). I felt zero pain during the procedure but most importantly felt very comfortable which is a rarity for me. I highly recommend Partners Imaging Center and hope that everyone gets to experience Regina's hospitality. read more

The x-ray tech was great and tried her hardest to get my baby to cooperate and stay still. The doctor there on the other hand is rude and not a patient person. He stated it is taking too long. And the x-rays can not be taken. I understand my son was the last patient but he could have helped the tech to make it go faster. I work and took time off to come and now I can't get the x-rays done. This place is a total failure. I had very specific medical needs. I needed a location with a 70 cm, 3 tesla MRI. There could be no substitutes. I called here 3 times asking if they had the right equipment. Each time I was assured they did. I paid for 2 nights hotel room, rented a car for the 12 hour drive. The morning before my appointment I called in just to be sure everything was set. I again asked about the equipment, and again I was told all was ready. About half way into my 12 hour drive, the day before my appointment, I got a call to verify I would be there. I said I was 1/2 way there already and I again asked about the equipment. They said "we don't have that equipment here". I said, no, I've spoken with your office and verified it at least 5 times. Again they aid "no, we have never had one of those". They told me where one was located in Jacksonville, but it was another 8 week wait. As a result of using partners imaging my cancer has been growing nearly an additional month, and now I can wait yet another 8 weeks before another mri can be done because of a biopsy scheduled 3 days from now. The bottom line is do not depend on these people no matter how many times you verify the information. They have no clue even what equipment they have. You will wait and wait while your condition grows more grave, then they will be unable to deliver, wasting hundreds and hundreds of your dollars, then you can start your search all over again for a qualified institution. read more

NEVER EVER AGAIN...My spouse had an MRI done 2/23/17: They demanded he pay up front even though it was 100% covered by insurance since they were an 'In-Network" provider. He paid $320 that day and 2 days later they filed the claim with the insurance, who promptly paid them $320 again!. As soon as I was notified by the insurance company on 4/13/17 that they had been paid twice I naturally requested a refund. When asked why this was not done when they were paid the second time I was told.."We don't do that, we wait til the patient calls us"!!!! The problem is it has now been 7 days since that conversation and still no refund!! Now we have to sue at more expense. Steer clear unless you don't mind being ripped off!!!!!! read more

My husband had a bone scan done and was told that his results would be ready in 24-36 hours and that they would mail him the report. 11 Days and 3 phone calls later and still no report. We were told it "was in the mail" during the first phone call. The second person said that it had to go through billing first at another office but she would make sure it was sent. Excellent service-seen at appointment time, All staff were courteous and efficient. Dr. Goldberg explained the results of the 3T multi-parametric prostate scans in very understandable terms. Everyone with an elevated PSA needs to get the 3T scan to show if you have cancer and where it is located. The 3T has become the gold standard which allows for a guided biopsy rather than a blind biopsy. I will now have a biopsy of just the region where there may be a cancer. They located the very early stages of cancer with a 1 centimeter length. read more

Cold bitter no compassion obviously not happy in her job and obviously was in a hurry after the last patient put her behind which was not my fault anyway I give it a -5 it was that bad of an experience for me I literally came home crying and still was crying when I got home and my husband was appalled when I told him what had happened he wanted to go back there and well you know but I had to stop him because I needed him more. no way ever ever ever in a million years would I tell anybody else to our go to this place. read more
