I tried many many times with this place. I'm a first time mommy and I had concerns of my daughter and I go there and they tell me she's fine and they make me feel like I'm crazy. Like it's all me making it up. I take her to Texas children urgent care because she wasn't getting better and sure enough same day the Texas children says she has a ear infection in both ears and the flu. Ever since i never will go here again. I always have concerns about my daughter and they brush it off. I don't recommend this place for new mommies and daddy's. You will need to go to a more thorough dr that takes the time to hear your concerns and understand your baby's needs. read more

We'd been coming to Dr.Albitar for over a year now, my oldest is now 19 months almost 2 years old, her first visit was when she was 3 weeks old! We have had the best experience possible at this facility, his staff are very friendly and always answer your questions, they explain everything to you, it's always the same familiar faces and i couldn't be happier here! I just had my second baby and their visits are together instead of making two different trips for checkups, they see both of them in one! We were looking for a better facility for our kids. Partners In Care Pediatrics had very good reviews (but little a bit far from our home) then we visited this facility. In short, the doctor is excellent as well as all the staff. They are very nice, gentle, kind and professional. Also, I really liked the electronic medical record system (they took my kids' picture, the icon is cute) and they are open Saturdays as well. However, billing is terrible. Generally speaking, health check-up is fully covered by insurance. At first visit, they charged copay. We got an electric receipt, and I asked my husband to confirm the insurance policy. while then, the electric receipt and transaction on my credit card disappeared. We felt it was a little bizarre, but we thought this just happened only one time. After a month, our whole family got sick. Everyone went to see the doctors. I was very worried about the 1-year-old baby( generally very weak against pathogen). The doctor looked at him and provided proper treatment and I paid co-pay at the counter. After a few days, they somehow charged another co-pay. I called them, they seem likely applied "specialist copay". Well, my baby went to the pediatrician, why we have to pay the specialist amount? I called them several times, but they did not correct the amount just telling me "Call your insurance company". My husband and I called more than 5 times, finally, we got a phone call from the billing company and corrected. It took more than 2 months since we visited this facility. We are totally exhausted and decided to leave this facility. As another reviewer says, billing is terrible. I am assuming the person who is in charge of medical billing is not qualified because we also talked to our insurance company as well. But doctors and all medical staffs are excellent, therefore I rated 2 stars. read more

I have honestly been waiting a while to post a review simply because I feel like Dr. Albitar and his staff should be appreciated like a delicate hidden gem, but I was asked to review so here I go. First of all I did my research 100000000% inside and out for pediatric options after moving here when my oldest was 6 months. I came across this clinic in a moms group on Facebook and from there it was a match made in heaven. I love Dr. Albitars natural approach to everything. I don't like adding too many medications because as a kid my mom literally gave me antibiotics for everything so, I wanted different for my kids. The clinic is a little far away from us but I don't mind going in the office for a visit when we need to. The entire staff is welcoming and my daughter who I mentioned earlier (now 5) loves to see Dr. Albitar. She's never scared or wondering what he will do because he explains everything TO HER. As an adult, I know what's going to happen and it's not happening to me so he makes sure he addresses the patient. He is very straight forward which compliments my parenting style too. I don't like using cutesy words, for example "boo boo for an injury" and he's on the same page. There's hardly ever a wait and if it is, trust me I need the time to sit and think haha. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Even the patients in the waiting area are nice. I thought with the type of insurance we have we would get some hole in the wall place who has a doctor who didn't care and looked at us as a number but, Dr Albitar is much more than that. I now have 2 children who see Dr. Albitar and any future babies will see him as well. read more

We love going to Dr. Albitar. We switched to him when our baby was around 2 months old after starting off at a different popular pediatricians office in the area. Dr. Albitar gives great personalized care to our son. He speaks to the parents intelligently and will answer all questions you may have without making you feel silly. We are first time parents and had a lot of questions and uncertainty about things. Dr. Albitar was excellent in addressing everything. All of our appointments have been on time thus far which is amazing for a doctors' office. He is also a critical care pediatrician. We highly recommend him. read more

I tried and tried and tried again to give this pediatrics clinic a chance. My mom & mother in law insisted that I move my baby from this doctors office as soon as possible. I don't think this is a good pediatrician for African American babies. I can go in for anything and the dr will just send me home saying "oh, it seems normal". My baby is now 15months and she's had a rash in the back of her throat that concerned me for months all he could say is "take a picture of it when you see it b/c I don't see anything". I'm not sure if he's just there to take the money and go home or what. My last straw was when my baby was sent home from daycare b/c one of her classmates had covid. I immediately brought my daughter to get tested. They told me the test would be available in 2days. After the 3rd day of no contact from them, I reached out. "Oh, we'll give you a call back" never called back. The 4th day I called to see if the results were in. The lady at the front desk was replaced with someone who barely speaks any English. She then told me that my daughter does have COVID-19. Then went back and said sorry that was a mistake but the doctor will call you shortly and for us to disregard that. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I immediately called all family and friends & the daycare to inform them of this news. The doctor then calls back to say she doesn't have COVID-19 she has coronavirus. They never called me or my husband to do a follow up check since then. It's been about 1month now and she's now 15months and I still haven't received a follow up call or an appointment check in. I've completely removed my baby girl from this clinic!! AWFUL read more

My experience at this clinic was nothing short of outstanding, from the fun themed offices to the helpful staff to the extremely knowledgeable doctor. My daughter never was as easy to handle as she was here, she felt welcomed as much as I did, she loved Dr. Albitar and now every time she feels tired she asks to see him. They helped with some issues with my insurance and my daughters school professionally and pleasantly. The doctor always answers phone calls even on weekends and holidays and does everything he can to help out and as a parent these days it makes a world of a difference when your pediatrician is that helpful and goes the extra mile caring for your children. read more

Had a good visit. Dr Fares Albitar is cool. Very personal. The place is cute, and clean. The little thoughts they put into the visit was nice. It was our first visit as well with our newborn. Dr Albitar also recommended a very awesome lactation specialist whom we used later and was a really good decision we did. Highly recommend this pediatrician. read more

We just recently changed to this pediatrician and I am SO happy we did. The wait time is all but non existent and the staff is on their "A" game and very friendly. Makes taking 4 kids to the doc much less of a chore, for sure! read more

Finding Dr. Albitar was a blessing for my daughter and I. His staff is attentive and professional. When you call the office, you get someone directly. Dr. Albitar makes himself available outside of his business hours to answer questions and address concerns I have. His bedside manner is above scale and I can tell he genuinely cares about my daughter and her well-being. I am confident that I have found her a doctor that will care for her into adulthood. The clinic is OK but they collect specialist copay and chase you for the full bill before they even file with the insurance. It's terrible dealing with their billing, which of course is nowhere near the office and cannot be contacted. Not worth the billing hassle when there are so many other pediatric clinics around where you go in for the service, pay the copay, and don't have to chase paper bills and emails afterwards. Love this office. I was initially going to one of the most popular doctors in town but the location was horrible (woman's hospital) and though the doctor was nice as a first time mother I need guidance and not just a pat in the back. Not only is the location amazing and ample amount of parking but the staff and the doctor are amazing. The doctor is pretty straight forward and told/showed me how to start training my son to sit because at the time of the visit he should have been doing this already. This is what I was looking for. He checks my son head to toe with intense detail. My son has a neck rash it wasn't until I came here that it got taken care of. I've never had to wait for an appointment which is a plus especially with covid. On the contrary once I mistakenly showed up on the wrong date for my appointment and the receptionist went out of her way to find me a spot. I truly recommend this doctors office. read more
