With my prior insurance, I had a private doctor who never canceled in over 11 years. There were times I had to see his PA or NP, but never total cancelations of days and times of appointments exclusive of a natural disaster. Not only is this disruptive to the patient's schedule, but depending on the provider type and appointment, I may have to wait weeks to reschedule or make a painful drive to another location. One cancelation is an inconvenience. Four times is incompetence.

There has only ever been a problem with one girl up front who had a rude attitude every time I interacted with her but i haven't seen her the past few months. I also don't like that the office now has a policy that all kids must be fully vaxxed or find another doctor. My children are vaxxed, but I don't think families should be coerced into vaccinating. Other than that the office, doctors, and staff are great. They are clean, caring, and hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes.

After I got my son done with his 2 months vaccination, I asked if they can stamp on the card with the date so I know which vaccinate he got, one of the lady took the card without said anything and handed to another nurse to do it. Doesn't bother to try to be friendly with the customer. How rude! Definitely not going to be a place that I would take my kids back.

The nurses are kind, but the dr (at least the one we saw) was curt and didn't seem too interested in the care itself. Asking questions about the vaccines, even if you still intend to get them, gets you spoken to disrespectfully. I had to remind them NUMEROUS times about an allergy and stop them from putting it on him anyway after that. If you have no questions ever and have a free schedule the entire day then this could be the place for you!

Of course now that I'm calling to ask why I didn't get notified of getting booted off the schedule?? Nobody is answering the phone now and it's saying they're closed during their open business hours according to their website. Very frustrating as this clinic is 45min away so driving there to confirm weather they're open or not is not an option.
