They have elevators and disabled parking. Having said that let's get to my experience with Nicole. I had called first and asked for somebody that was familiar with biracial hair and they recommended Nicole. Everybody was very lovely, but Nicole was absolutely awesome. She is incredibly funny and very, very talented with curly hair! She did a phenomenal job, understanding my hair and cutting it accordingly. I absolutely love my curls. She cut my hair in a way where they are popping out, but look really luscious. I used to go to Milwaukee for haircuts and now I am ecstatic that I have somebody as talented as Nicole very close by.

He denied that it happened when confronted and said he "has been a stylist for years" so it could not have happened, which is not an excuse. I could feel and hear my hair ripping from my scalp as he ran the iron through my hair. What I saw immediately after confirmed what I felt was happening. Even after explaining this, he offered no apology and he was nasty and rude about it. Never once did he offer to correct the problem. I have patches of hair missing in the areas where my hair was ripped out from my scalp due to his negligence and heavy-handedness. I had known him to be a professional designer before this, but it seems that he has lost his touch. I am VERY disappointed because I thought he was a better human. I would never trust him with a hot comb ever again!

The booked appointment was @ 1:30 for make-up and hair which I traveling from Cali to attend my nieces wedding. The call was professional and thorough, I was asked for my credit card information to secure the appointment ( no biggie), which was surely for one who may be a no-show. I confirmed two electronic incoming messages via text and email which I appreciated they had done as well. The morning of my appointment, I received a call at 8:09 AM to see if they could move my appointment time to noon as the person scheduled to do my services had called out sick. I totally understand we all get sick and I was okay with coming in earlier. I loved my hair, but the wings/cat eyed eyeliner that I requested was how trying to do my own wings looks. I had not noticed how horrible it was until getting into my car, stopping across the street at a shoe store. I looked in the rear view mirror at my eye make up and was like (wtf). I paid $100 per service and did not find the results of my make up worthy of the price. Although I went back inside to have them fix my eyeliner, oh and my eyebrows. I ended up having to fix it when I got back to my hotel. I wonder if the Emily knows how to do wings, and did the person who called in sick the qualified artist and I doomed from the start? I mean her make up looked great and she pretty, and so was the manager who tried to fix it to a smoky cat eye instead . Any hoot , hair by another kind lady turned out great! So, that's my review! Here is the reason why I was like, WTF!
