The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

I made my way downstairs and received an eye plumping treatment, along with a complimentary EOS lip balm. The spa was running a Mother's Day Special and I decided to purchase a treatment for myself. Today, was my lucky day, I had my mini Swedish massage with Vanessa. All I can say is that she is a miracle worker. Her fingers pinpointed the exact spot that I had been having pain in for the past week. It was located right underneath my right shoulder blade. It was a knot and Vanessa worked on it and was able to loosen it up, thank God. I was able to relax, unwind, and just forget everything else. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. I loved the background music and the heated bed was so comfortable. Vanessa's voice was soft spoken and she would explain what she was going to do, prior to doing it. She also wanted to make certain that I was no longer in pain and what my level was. She helped me work on my breathing and asked me to move my head so that she could figure out exactly what was causing the pain. She is definitely worth every single penny. I love that I have found a great Massage Therapist. I even bought another Mother's Day package just so I could try another spa treatment along with another massage. I'm looking forward to seeing Vanessa again.

I found out she does lash extensions and because I was familiar with her I chose her services. She does a nice job, but the problem is the price goes up and up each time and I am not told until after she's already done what the price will be. My advice would to let her know your price range and what you are wanted to spend total. Also remember this is her own personal business and she can and will make her own schedule. If you follow her on FB you can message her about availability, and if you have a set time she will be there. Lastly, if you are wanting lashes, make an appointment so your time slot is secured. She does welcome walk ins but in my opinion, if you are getting lashes just make an appointment.
