The haupia pie reminded me of the one my uncle used to make in Hawaii. It's very similar. It's a macadamia nut shortbread crust topped with the purple Okinawan Sweet potato, then another layer of the haupia on top! I can eat this entire pan by myself. I honestly don't want to share it. ;) The Kona Mud Pie should be called the Kona DREAM Pie! This was so good!
