This time, I put less ice since it was chilly outside and I even had on a cardigan. When my drink came, I was fairly disappointed. With less ice, came less to drink. My drink wasn't filled up... I guess I understand, but at the same time, it was a bit of a rip off especially if I'm paying $6.50 for it. The milk tea was not sweet although it was 100% sweet and the boba was inconsistently different sizes. With a second visit and the same lack of taste, I don't think I'll be back. The owner added an extra $40 travel fee at the last minute, which was frustrating, but the bigger issue was that he CANCELED the day before my event claiming he was having "problems with his cart/trailer" What upset me most was seeing posts on social media the same day showing him out having a "fun family day," which made it feel dishonest and unprofessional. Because of the last-minute cancellation, I was left scrambling without food for my open house.
