Maybe I'm missing the point of going online and placing an order and then entering one of their pre-selected pick up times. I placed my order two hours before my designated pickup time. So there was plenty of time to work on it. I arrive to pick up my cookies that I plan are gonna be ready. The gentleman asked my name and then pulls up the order and starts to box it up. I even arrive 15 minutes after the time that I had selected. There was nobody in the store except him and another lady making cookies. Wouldn't you know it? They were also out of stock and he had to go back to the back holding cabinets and refrigerators to bring up additional cookies to restock. What is the point of selecting an order time and pick up time if you're just gonna come in and have to wait anyway? Note they want you to tip beforehand on the app. I didn't. I brought cash with me to leave a tip, but I saw this wonderful little sign here. They're not taking cash today. No cash no tip. Each business has the right to run the way they want. I will fully support that. But I also have the right not to choose to be happy with that. Not accepting cash. I know other companies are doing that major league baseball NFL I think it's wrong. I know those places have also installed reverse ATM machines to put money on cards. Anyway, if you're in a hurry and you've pre-ordered something don't plan on it being ready. If you're going to buy something and all that you have on you is cash good luck. I guess it's like a lottery one day they take cash one day they don't. The cookies aren't that great to deal with this kind of a headache. I came here on a Tuesday night because we were looking for a good dessert place. My wife loves crumbl so we found this one close to us. As we walked in, we weren't greeted and there were employees just in the back, working. I assumed we order on the pad so I went ahead and made my order. Then waited. The lady then saw my order on their screen and then started to get the cookies together. Once it was ready then put it in a pick up spot for us to grab. I love streamlining things to make it easier, however I wasn't a fan of the lack of human interaction. It didn't feel like a warm and friendly place to get cookies.. The cookies were great. We got the choclate chip, chocolate brownie, a marshmallow cookie with lucky charms and the snickerdoodle. All the cookies were very tasty. We enjoyed them outside where they have some seating. I absolutely love Thin Thursdays at Crumbl. The thin cookies are so good--rich, buttery, and perfectly satisfying without being too heavy. They have a great texture and flavor that makes them hard to resist. The service at Crumbl is always welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. One of the things I enjoy most is that they offer different cookie selections each week. While part of me wishes some of my favorites were available all the time, it's also exciting to wait until Thursday to see which thin cookie will be featured next. Been coming to this location for a while now, pretty good experiences but today I went with my five kids. I asked the worker if there were any cookies with more ganache topping, due to them usually putting them more. I always come when they have the cosmic brownie option and there is significantly more topping. She stated that's how much they put on and walked away. The customer service obviously wasn't great today and I'm obviously not the only one who thinks that there seems to be a female worker here who gives bad customer service. Visited this location for the first time. It was busy with a steady stream of customers, so I decided to place my order on the crumbl app while I was waiting in line. To my surprise, my name was called not even a minute after I submitted my order....and the customers ahead of me in line were still placing their order on the kiosk! The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and engaging, taking the time to make small talk, have me double check my order and offer napkins and utensils. The cookie I decided to try today was their mallow sandwich. To me, it tasted very much like a giant cold but soft Oreo, and would be even better with vanilla ice cream. My favorite is the classic pink sugar but this time I opted to try their cookie butter lava one! It was the perfect cookie and it was so hard to not eat the whole cookie in one sitting! This is one of the few cookies I've tried that didn't have a sugar over load feel to them. Always really clean when I step in this cute bakery. This is my 3rd visit to Crumbl and Lisa May was super sweet! She was very helpful when choosing our cookie. We couldn't decide and she gave her opinion and explained the ingredients! Terrific. The cookies are different every week so just make sure to check what the weekly flavors are. A big cookie is good enough for two people in my opinion, sometimes we split it into four slices just because of how sweet these are sometimes! I failed to grab the young lady's name, she was a short brunette and had the absolute worst customer service imaginable. Rude to every customer that I saw her come in contact with while I was there with my family. Witnessed her throw a box of cookies towards the customer and failed to acknowledge them after. Another one of her coworkers had to apologize and inform the customer that it was indeed their box of cookies. I don't care how great the cookies are, the customer service should always be top priority, and it was definitely not tonight. Jennie one of the girls took her sweet time to even start my order, then stops because one of her friends comes in. Talking about personal stuff, explaing how the cookies are made to her friends, then her friend even said you need to take care of your customer, she said no and started showing him pictures on her phone. I finally I to tell her to get my order and she got a little attitude with me. Very unprofessional. Hi! I had dinner at In n Out tonight and decided to walk over to Crumbl for something sweet. It was my first time visiting a Crumbl and I was quite excited to find out what all the hype was about. Upon walking it, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was spotless and very modern. They had about half a dozen types of cookies to choose from. I decided to go with a traditional chocolate chip cookie as the other options were not my style. Upon stepping up to order, I was told they were out of chocolate chip but there would be some ready in five minutes, so I said I would wait. I paid, they are definitely pricy, and moved to a corner to wait. As I waited, I was able to watch a young man making cookies of different varieties. Coincidentally, a batch of chocolate chip about five minutes after I ordered. After ten minutes of waiting, I asked about my cookie. I was told they were almost done. To make a long story short, you guessed it, about ten minutes later they took out the batch of chocolate chip cookies I saw being made and gave me my cookie! Were they honest with me about my wait time ? No! Did I appreciate waiting 20 minutes for one cookie. No again. As for the cookie, it was ok. Definitely not worth the price. In fact, next time I want a warm chocolate chip cookie I'll walk over to the Costco food court. Better cookie. Cheaper price. Sorry Crumbl, but just cannot recommend you.... Jim read more

went here once before and my order was wrong. i got three of the same cookies when i hadn't ordered those. i wasn't shown them like i was my first time at another location. it was fine i was happy i just got some cookies. i went yesterday and was bummed the cookie i wanted to try was sold out but picked one of each of the ones they did have. also again wasn't shown them but i was in a rush. when i got home i started from one end planning on making my way to the other. when i cut into the second cookie i was so disgusted. a big hair. and it wasn't mine because well 1. my hair is different color and 2. it was underneath the frosting. it was really disappointing since this was my back up cookie. it really ruined my appetite and night. this could've been prevented by wearing hair nets or even just inspecting the cookies (or presenting them to us i think i could've noticed the hair sticking out on one end). i already felt crazy paying $5 a cookie but after getting that i regret coming here at all. customer service wasn't present at all but that's what i expected at places with electronic cashiers. doesn't hurt to acknowledge customers though. only getting two stars because the wait time wasn't bad and i was in and out quickly. ambiance is fine. looks clean but that didn't guarantee my cookies were fine and good to eat.. read more
