I got 6 boxes delivered to my house I was like this is great but unfortunately they had sent 12 bags of litter instead of 6 they had also charged my bank account for 6 bags I had not ordered I waited for Monday morning and put a call into PetSmart and although they were sorry that this happened all they could do is have it picked up and when they got the merchandise back in Ohio then they would process my refund I felt like your having it picked up they should immediately return my money why should I have to wait up to 30 days for my money so I asked to speak with a supervisor and all Mr Anthony could do is speak to me as if I was a moron telling me he was just trying to educate me on there procedures he would not listen to anything I said I did not order 12 bags of kitty litter the floor consultant that works for PetSmart hit the deliver immediately twice but now I am being penalized for it I did not order 12 I only wanted six they had no right to take money I did not authorize.then they would hold on to my money until they were satisfied with their return why should I have to wait for anything it was their consultants mistake by the time my conversation with Mr Anthony was at an end I told him I would keep the 12 bags but I would never do business with pet smart again they need to send Mr Anthony back to school to learn the golden rule the customer is always right get an education Mr Anthony and get your stuck up nose out of the air . Vet #10 & counting 2. Too many unqualified vets trained abroad (islands & East) 3. Poor craft of knowledge 4. Poor cust svc 5. Unsavory & less than mentally sound techs 6. Creepy vets These are just a few gd reasons why we travel so far. Our Darby Darling: We lost our paw princess Sat., 7am on 4/24/21 as she quietly fell asleep in death over nite. Windermere Vet #10: We went to our 10th Windermere vet 3 miles fm our hm. We decided to engage the Windermere vet, during the pandemic, for just such an emerg. Their Sat. hrs. were 8am-1230pm but it was dark bet. 8am-10am. We saw 6 cars at the annex bld, knocked on the glassdoor, a male waved for us to wait, turned sideways, cont. on his call, not mindful enough to call another staffer, & we waited til 10am. They kept us waiting fm 8am-10am. We were the only customer car in the lot & all lites were off. We finally called Countryside, left, & took the hr. drive down the 429 to I4. Countryside: We wiped our well groomed little girl, dressed her in her lovely yellow floral dress, laid her on her fuchsia ladybug blanket, rolled her yellow blankie under her head, & placed her in her cozy bed. We were rec'vd with compassion & Our Darby girl will recv an honorably rest fm her final journey.

I kept asking for the vet because this is not how it goes. My poor baby suffered so bad for the last 10 minutes of her life. When he came back in with the vet my poor suffering baby tried to get under my husband's legs but all she could do was move her head but he came over and pinned her head to the floor while the vet came in and killed her. My poor baby suffered so badly the last 10 minutes of her life because this guy who calls himself a nurse tortured her. He tortured her. He had his hands around her throat as he was pinning her head down. She was tortured to death instead of peacefully leaving this earth. If you want your pet last minutes of life to be tortured go there. The guy who thinks he is a nurse at a vet specializes in torturing your pet.

My Cody had been on previous classes with a different trainer but there were lots of basics that were not mastered at all. The dog would barely listen which is the most important and most basic skill you'd need. She took him in and patiently but determinedly worked on him from the basics all the way to an obedient dog. Our dog had excessive car anxiety and over-reactiveness towards other dogs and she managed to work extensively on these issues in addition to all the basic and advanced obedience commands that a dog should possess. She even developed a plan to get him to a service dog level and the outcome has been amazing. Her approach of taking the dog in, training the dog herself for a period of time, then delivering the dog and continuing on an ongoing basis with the dog's owner is brilliant as the dog needs to not only learn all she teaches but also learn to follow the same discipline from the dog's owner. That's precisely the reason for transferring over the dog back to it's owner at a certain point. Once the dog is transferred over back to its owner, she continues to deliver lessons on a recurring basis both with and without the dog's owner and she very thoughtfully accommodates to the owner's schedule and specific needs/concerns. If you are looking for a trainer that actually puts this much thought, effort, and passion, then Dawn Hoppe is definitely you one and only person to go to. I have spoken to several people who have breeder dogs, and their vets have stated that these dogs should not be bred because they are too sick. However, New Horizons REFUSES to release these dogs! Unfortunately, many people are afraid to speak out because New Horizons threatens them. Just Google New Horizons Service Dogs, and you will find several negative reviews over the years. Very sad and unfortunate. If you do receive a dog from them make sure you receive the veterinary records. Don't believe them when they say "I'll get them for you" make sure you have it in your hand!
