Very personable and helpful. We booked a tour at Makers mark and lunch at the Bar at Willets. Everything else was spur of the moment. Both Makers and the Bar were fantastic recommendations. The Lexus SUV was comfortable for six but smaller adults ended up in the third row. Adequate but limited leg room. Casey was always nearby after each tasting ready to pick us up at the door. We spent some time in Bardstown and found a little speak easy behind the liquor store that was great...prices better than some of the distilleries at the liquor store. Overall was a very positive 9 hours. Cost wise was similar to others but priced by the hour.

They worked with me months in advance to get the right bus and itinerary. Tony, our driver, showed up early (and we had a 6am call time!) and dropped us around 7pm. Tony was so unbelievably professional and fantastic the whole day, and continually did what he could to go the extra mile for us. He even brought two extra coolers for us! It's nice to be able to try wonderful places without worrying about driving! They have everything you need to have a great day on the bourbon trail; light snacks, water, soft drinks, and cups to sample with on the coach. We enjoyed our time with our guide at the Frazier getting a brief knowledge overview of bourbon before our journey began. We started bright and early with a delicious tasting there! We then had a delicious lunch that was ready almost exactly when we arrived, which was great after already having a few tastes! The tours at Jim Beam and Heaven Hill were very informative and enjoyable. We really hope to go to try out the Thursday and Friday tours sometime soon!

I actually used this company to book my daughters 8th grade class a graduation day lunch and play event. They have a 25 person limo they was able To obtain for 4 hours at $530. So made it perfect for a big class celebration for us parents to host. The owners and workers I spoke with and dealt with were fantastic people and very accommodating. We had an itinerary all setup with stops in southern indiana and then a lunch spot in downtown Lousiville. They adhered to the itinerary flawlessly and the limo itself was a beauty. The kids were flabbergasted and loved the ride. Holding 25 people you can imagine the limo and it's inside was huge. Has lovely lighting, drinking cups, and comfy chairs as well. The driver was very patient and very interactive. Dealing with 20 plus 13 and 14 year olds who are fired up and excited for what was many of there first limo rides and graduation night can be a handful. I rode with the class to monitor them and help out the driver. The Bluetooth speaker was very popular and the limo has a great sound system that the kids definitely put it to work. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Friendly and awesome owners and driver, beautiful limo and extremely accommodating and prompt. My second oldest will be graduating 8th grade in two years. I have the number saved and will be using again then for that occasion. Matter of fact the other classes were a bit envious and other parents have asked for info. After the van left, it left behind a large dead patch of grass where it had been sitting, likely from the vehicle idling for hours or leaking fluids. I contacted the company expecting a professional conversation and some accountability. Instead, I was treated with complete disrespect. I was accused of trying to scam them, my concerns were mocked, and the fact that I had photos proving the damage was completely ignored. Accidents happen, but how a company responds says everything about their character. Their response was rude, degrading, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to think twice if you expect professionalism, respect, or accountability.

The bad part is that we had a bridal party of 12 all in long gowns, full wedding dress, inside the Limo bus was warm on the drive to our venue & we were sweating! It was not a hot day just sunny. A few minutes into our ride I asked the driver to turn the A/C down, after another few minutes I asked her again to make it colder as it was still too warm, the bride was overheating & some bridesmaids were fanning their gowns to try to cool off & I closed the blinds to try to help cool down the inside. On my second request I watched the driver play with the A/C knob & turn it all the way to cold. By the last 5 minutes of the ride it finally cooled down but it was a bit too late our bride was nauseated. I called the owner & all I got was excuses. He told me the Freon was low & that it should have only been 5-7 degree warmer in the vehicle. So if it was set to 68 it was actually almost 78 degrees in the back where we all were & my daughter was in a full long flowing wedding gown. Owner explained that they usually only turn the temperature down a little at a time when asked & that only upset me more as I think back to how overheated our bridal party was during our ride. He also had the nerve to tell me that the same limo bus was used later that night & there was no problem with it being warm, well the temperature also dropped that evening into the 50's. I was very disappointed with this rental. My advice is before renting talk to the owner to make sure that the limo has been serviced & A/C is fully charged. Make sure the vehicle is cooled down Before they arrive! Ok
