Unfortunately, their biannual sales are not happening and I couldn't put it off any longer. The good news is that they almost always have some sort of sales going on at Bath and Body Works. Some sales though mean you have to buy 3 or more items to get any other item for free or to get the sales price. I always end up spending far more money than what I planned to. This location is at the Greene near the Cheesecake Factory. It's not a huge store and I felt like they did not have a lot of scent options for shower gels. It seemed like they were mostly focused on their candles. I was able to get in and just buy the one shower gel I needed and get out. There are so many smells, I find it hard to spend too much time because they all start to smell the same to me. The staff was friendly and greeted me as a I walked in. There was no line at checkout and it was a really good experience overall.

They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. I thought they had the process streamlined well. What I did not care for was the trying on area has a row of three( or was it 4?) so you are potentially modelling your dress with other shoppers right next to you. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. She then started complaining about the dressing room her client was going to have and seemed like she was going to bully the other employees about it. I will also be posting this to every site I can just in case they delete this.First of all the stylist did a size 2 sizes too big!! When I got it back they had me put it on and I didn't even need to unzip it to put it on. The top was way way too big to where I was flashing and you could see my breast. The employee who helped me had to hold it together and gather a bunch of extra material so I could see it. I mentioned to her that it's too big alterations is going to basically redo this dress. I was very unhappy with how it looked and how it looked on me. They had me schedule an alteration appt and I really didn't want to go through with them bc I knew they were expensive but I thought the alterations employees could fix this dress. Well they didn't. I had issues with them from the start and once she pinned it I told her it still felt too big I had to continuously hold it together my chest. The waist just felt bulky and you could tell how big it was. Once I came back to do my finally fitting the top felt as though she did nothing to it and the waist look awful bc it was so big. I told her there it was still too big you could see my bra that I was wearing with the dress. She fixed it while I was there but it did nothing!! At this point I was so dissatisfied with my whole experience I was done with her. I had already spend the same amount of money that was spent on the dress. That is ridiculous!!! Especially when you have a bride who is so unhappy. If I could do this over I would never go to them for anything! There is a reason there are class action lawsuits on them. All my pictures from that day you can see how horrible of a job this person did. In pictures you can see what I was wearing underneath the dress my bra would show and I was constantly hold the top to me the entire night of my wedding. If they would have just ordered the correct size and I would not go to them for alterations bc they charge over $500 and there are tons of amazing places you can go to who don't charge almost the same amount as your dress I also would rethink going to them at all.

I'm kinda confused by the pharmacy part. You can buy your average, everyday shampoos, body washes, or razors here. It feels like an odd use of space - especially when these items are definitely cheaper at your big box store. The rest of the store is pretty cool though. From garden supplies to unique pens to seasonal decor to toys I've never seen to baby and dog gear, there's a mini half-aisle dedicated to most types of "stuff". A lot of it is brands and styles I haven't seen at big-box stores, and it all looks way higher quality than dollar stores. All prices end in a flat number ($5 vs $4.99) and everything looked properly signed. Prices aren't dollar store cheap, but they're not pricy either. Most everything average is in the $3 to $8 range. I found lots of cute little things that would make great gifts; lots of branded merch (Bluey, Pokemon, Hello Kitty, etc.) Lots of stuff to look through. Most that you probably don't *need*, but I found a lot of stuff I wanted. The store was nicely organized, pretty clean, and well-stocked and faced. The two employees were really friendly. Both greeted me upon entry and asked if I needed anything when I was staring at a display for awhile. Bathroom was clean and single-room unisex too. It felt fun and playful and welcoming to shop there, and I'll definitely be back.

Two young ladies at the checkout counter were all smiles and looked happy to be of service. I couldn't stay long to browse as a grouchy husband was waiting in the car. I came to pick up my online order. Even though the website will tell you to go to Bin #1, you actually give your name to the cashier (which makes a lot more sense). My bag was ready and waiting (nice shopping bag!) and I was, reluctantly, on my way. I got the impression of a kind of cross between Hobby Lobby and Marshall's. Definitely a place for decor, crafting AND gifts. I really hope to get back here to shop!
