This place is huge! And I didn't realize how big it was until we went inside. Here's the strange thing -- there are NO signs on the face of the building NOR in their windows saying their name. Just one small sign that is on the ceiling of the corridor. We were having lunch nearby and only when we walked out the door of the restaurant did we notice this sign. So, if you missed the one sign listing all the stores by the street entrance, you might not realize where it is located. Anyhow, we wandered the aisles. They have sections of clearance items from Halloween and Christmas, but you have to search for them. And any kind of party or event you can think of has its own area. There are all sorts of items from napkins to costumes. The store is fun to browse in. It took us awhile to search through their aisles. We didn't see much staff to assist us, except the gal working the cash register and one guy stocking shelves. We didn't find exactly what we wanted this time, but we did find a couple possibilities and some things we will use for another purpose than the reason we stopped by. Currently (Oct) it has several long aisles of Halloween costumes and paraphernalia, ready for the hoards coming in the next few weeks. As of now, all is pretty quiet and even orderly! Go in the morning around 9:30 to beat the crowds. I looked online to make sure the store had what I needed in stock, then quickly found it inside the store. If you are running an event or party, this place is a one stop shop. I was looking for some wire racks for chaffing dishes and they had them in stock at a competitive price. I was doing my research online, so I placed the order along with some sternos and the order was acknowledged within 2 hours. Off I went to the store, which offers curbside pickup or pickup inside. I went in to check out the actual store and it was huge! At the beginning it was difficult to find, since I thought it would be near the Publix, Five Below or Dollar Tree, but it is NOT. It is located near the Denny's, so a bit west of the main shopping center area. The have a large selection of many things you need, including sizes, colors and shapes. Very well stocked. The cashier was very nice and polite when I picked up my order. Great service. Prices are a bit higher than discount stores, but it is an easy Go In and Get out experience. Whoa! Holy samolies! I've never seen so much party paraphernalia and party thingies in my life. It's a place in which you could spend your whole afternoon selecting various party trinkets, accoutrements & etc. They seem to have every thing one can think of from a wide selection of party table cloths, napkins, masks, pirate's cutlasses, masks, costumes, invitation paper, balloons and only Lordy knows what else. What's more, being a party store with nothing more than party supplies, I expected outrageous prices but to the contrary, everything I found seemed reasonable. Since I've never seen a store with such a large seemingly endless variety of party supplies at reasonable prices, and though my gut tells me not to do it, I have to go Four Stars Plus on it as I've never seen a better, bigger or more complete store specializing in and containing nothing other than party supplies. read more

My new go-to Party City. The location seems smaller than most, but what sells this location for me is their customer service. Basically if you've been to one Party City you've been to them all. I recently needed to stop here to get some decorations for a party I was throwing at work. The girl at the register helped me get the right helium tank and the right amount of balloons, including the proper sizes that I needed. It made a potential stressful event turn into a breeze which made me feel so much better about everything. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received and my only regret is that I never got her name to put it in this review. This is now the only Party City I'll need to go to. read more

So I enter Party City with a mission. I know if I need any party supplies, odds are they will have it. I also know if I want a packaged costume, they will have it but today I was doing something new. I'm making a costume. I have a vision and a list of parts I believe I will need. Now I need to find what I expect to be here. As I enter, there is a gentleman (greeter like) at the door. I ask him if he know where a specific item would be and he refers me to a young lady down the isle. I approach her and she is not sure and states she is not allowed to leave her spot but she calls someone. A moment later John appears. John and I proceed to look for my desired items. He knows the area where he expects to find it but we must roam for a moment. As we walk, we are talking about what I plan to do. When we find what I have asked for I realize it may not be quite the direction I plan to go. This is when he interjects his opinion. He was right on the mark and made me realize there was another avenue to go down and it wasn't at Party City. While I love shopping at Party City for certain things, like almost any retailer, they don't have everything. John gave me some great insight and a way to kick-up my costume to another level. Flying into Ft. Lauderdale for Yelp Spring Break, I wasn't particularly prepared for some of the events that were on the itinerary. Especially a pirate-themed boat cruise event on YSB '15's 3rd day. Back in 2013, YSB New Orleans' 1st event was also a pirate-themed event. For that, I went all out & did a full, head-to-toe, Dread Pirate Roberts outfit. Yeah, it was pretty epic. But, alas, that entire outfit was rental from a costume shop. So on the morning of my YSB '15 pirate-themed event, I had zero, zilch, nada pirate attire/ accoutrements. For such a dire costume crisis, Party City came through in a pinch with some basic necessities. The store is laid out like a labyrinth & their pirate section wasn't all that easy to find. There was a decent amount of pirate stuff to choose from, but I think I expected a little more. Nonetheless, I got what I needed at the very last minute, so I'm a fan. read more

I had to drive to this Party City located in Commercial Boulevard and Dixie highway because I needed a specific size costume and was not available at the store close to me.I had previously called another store and they told me they had it but it turned out they didn't, so when I called this store I stressed the fact that I was driving over and that it was far, I asked if they could please put it by the front register ready for me to pick up. My store in Coral Springs does not do that close to Halloween. They were very accommodating, in fact I was even able to get a coupon so I paid less than what I initially thought I would, all the employees I spoke to were very nice. The store seems to be a little smaller than what I'm used, or maybe the set up is different, I am not sure but it seemed a little more cluttered and constricted. There is plenty of parking, and lots of other shops around that area. Great store for all your party needs. read more

Bob who manages the store saved the day for me!!!! I had everything in order for an 80th birthday celebration. All decorations were intact. I had an amazing arrangement of balloons in place with huge 80 numbers and the party was to start in two hours. Lobster Bar discovered a slow leak in one of the balloons. I recently had to shop for Mexican favors and things for my daughter's Social Studies project and literally walked in to several stores like Michae'ls, Hobby Lobby, Old Time Pottery, etc. To my surprise, there was zilch, zero, love, nothing...NADA from Mexico!!! Then I had the brain burp [ I don't fa%t! ;) ] to go in to the closest Party City in the area I was in at the time. Guey...I was SO happy I did! Not only did I find Mexican stuff; but Darnelle and Shantal were "fantasticas"!!! Darnelle stopped stocking and merchandising to guide me to the aisle where the items were at and Shantal has the best disposition of any cashier (can I still use that terminology?) I have encountered at ANY Party City ever. Now being that I have five children and three nieces/nephews, that should give you a ball park figure as to how many times I've shopped for birthdays and other events. Which brings me to my next point: this place is expensive!!
