Brand new location ( The Shoppes At The Corridor) but technically this location relocated from Brookfield Fashion Center about 2-3 miles away. Nice expansion but with any grand reopening, things don't always work out the way that you want it Hopefully the store will be fully stocked in a few weeks read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Kim is supposedly a manager, but treats her employees and customers extremely unprofessionally. Rolls her eyes, walks away from customer when being spoken to, etc. Will never go back. read more

I went in first thing Sunday morning to get a couple basic helium balloons for my daughters birthday. When I got up to the counter, I was told they were refusing to do any walking orders. I asked if you could be ready at any point during the day, and he said they were done for the day. I asked if he could fill up just two or three balloons, and he refused to. I I think it's poor business for a business who specializes in parties and balloon filling to refuse any sort of walkins for the remainder of the day at 10:30 AM. I understand there's probably online orders, but then you should advertise that you were unwilling to fill balloons, if it comes down to it. Extremely disappointed, and I had to run around the city to try to find a place that would fill up some balloons at the spot. Will never be back to party city. When I asked for the manager, an employee pointed to the other one, and the other employees stated don't do that to me I'm not doing anything about this. And all three of them behind the counter laughed. While they watch me panic because it was my daughter's first birthday and I had no balloons. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Never had such bad treatment from a PARTY store...the man walked up to us and said they were closed extremely disrespectfully while glaring at us and immediately walked away. There was no announcement letting me know they were closed either which left me speechless. He almost didn't even check me out. the whole staff was giving me looks for no reason. I do not recommend going here i'd rather take the drive to a different party store honestly. read more

My friend purchased a gender reveal balloon for me at a party city in Illinois and was told that she could come to a party city near me to inflate (she was provided wrong information). We went into the store on Super Bowl weekend and found there to be a long wait. I was nervous due to my reveal being that day in an hour. Kim (store team lead) was very friendly and helped us right away. Even though a different Party City provided incorrect information she still agreed to squeeze us in during a very busy time. I was so appreciative of her understanding and friendliness throughout the experience. Would shop here again just due to her compassion and understanding. read more

I called previously an hour before showing up to check if the store had 15 or more gray bandannas. The worker said they definitely had them. I showed up to the store and went to the grey section and found that there were only three measly ratchet overpriced bandannas. I went to the front of the store to ask if they had any more in the back and had stated that I called previously and was told there was 15. The worker said that who ever I was on the phone with was "lyin" Then I went to Hobby Lobby and bought the same thing for a third of the price. I think the party city worker thought she was Doja Cat, but I don't judge HOBBY LOBBY FOR THE WIN!! read more

If i could give negative stars I would. 12 regular balloons and 2 bigger balloons for 45$, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Didn't have the color of balloons I wanted in stock, didn't have the color of balloon weights in stock..and it's a brand new store. Never coming back. read more
