They received a 1 strictly out of the man that answered the phone. Ordered a ballon package online. They were great when I arrived. The larger balloon had deflated once I came home I live about 10 minutes away. I called the store and was asked what do you want me to do. I said I would like another balloon. He told me I would have to bring the balloon back. Now it was at least 10 balloons connected. His tone was rude but I did not entertain his attitude. Contacted "headquarters" and was told it would be escalated. Will wait to see results. Went to dinner came home balloon hanging like a leaf on a tree in fall. That's why I had no time to pick up another balloon and the audacity to say bring the balloon back, wth can u do with it. Terrible read more

I went the weekend before Halloween the store was super busy. Waited in line for 20 minutes. I called to make sure they had the product I was looking for the guy replied with we used too. Like what do you mean you sold out? Im not sure he replied. Can't you look, he said we are too busy, have you looked online he asked. Just curious how many times have yall gone to a store to buy something that online said they had it; just to get there and it was not in stock. That was my entire point in calling. I would personally not recommend this party city . You have the workers drinking drinks and talking and have us waiting over an hour for our balloons to be ready. If you can go to another location I definitely recommend you to go further . read more

I ordered two sets of balloons for my baby shower. On the day of I was informed that there was a three hour delay in delivering my balloons....the balloons were delivered about 5 hours later THEN Only half of the balloons I ordered came. I should have known there was going to be an issue after visiting the store on 5/28 and the store appeared under staffed and appeared clueless. This location is terrible! I would advise you to travel further out to another party city if you are looking to have your balloons on time. I placed an order and paid $80 in store a week prior. My pickup time was 2pm. I arrived to the store at 2:30pm, my balloons haven't been touched nor thought about. When I requested to speak with manger Marcus, I hear him over the walkie talkie asking "what do she want, I am not coming out there." After that rude comment, I requested my money back considering Marcus did not want to come out to help a paying customer. It took over 30 minutes for Marcus to come out the back and it took over 20 minutes before they could figure out how to refund my money. I will never step foot in this store ever again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid to get TWO balloons blown up was told it would take 10 min; returned 30 min later not only are the balloons not blown up but the employee who is supposed to be doing it is having a full blown conversation about her other job at waffle house. Then she got an attitude and told me to "go down one of the aisles I should be finished by then" and then had the audacity to still not be finished. I PAID for a service so her acting like she was doing me a favor really bothered me. If it wasn't my baby birthday I would've left everything right there and they could've used the decorations at her waffle house. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is so organized you don't really need help and won't have to wonder around looking for anything to match. Good if you need a thrown together costume or something in a series of colors. They don't have a ton of costume kits year around though. read more

I went to the Party City in Conyers this past Saturday to pick up a balloon order for a birthday party. The clerks completing the balloon orders that day were so very rude and disrespectful. First, I totally understand needing a receipt to pick up an order, but the way the ladies were speaking to me about it was uncalled for. Even after getting the balloons I did not realize that they failed to give me the second order that was supposed to be attached to the first order. When we called back they their words again were distasteful. We returned and they acted as if they had not seen me before and kept saying how busy they were (loudly and some eye rolling involved). My mistake was to think I could pick up the order without the two receipts. Their mistake was not placing the two orders together as the purchaser instructed them to do and their rude language and attitude. I'm big on customer service, I will not return to this location under any circumstances. read more

Over the course of the past month I had been ordering decorations and supplies for my gender reveal party that I recently had Sunday June 17. I am very disappointed in Party City as I had been directed to shop here by so many pleased customers. I ended up with a not so great experience. To save time, gas and sudden trips I decided to order online and pickup in store. The Conyers, GA location was the one that constantly would call me and tell me they didn't have items in stock that i needed. My issue is that the online count and in store count have been drastically off in count which is really an inconvenience for customers because if it says that a store has a certain amount as a customer you would expect for them to have that amount. I ended up having to take a day off of work to travel to 3 different Party City locations which were between 30 & 45 minutes from each other because the online count was always off and when getting to the store to only be disappointed. On that day of my gender reveal I needed to purchase the 15 count gender reveal balloons and at the time the closest Party City location closest to me again was Conyers, GA . It said that they had 7 packs in stock . I did not have time to order online and pickup so on my way there I called to check and no one answered. Once I got there I was again disappointed only to find out that they didn't even carry that item . I then looked on the balloon wall to find an alternative to what I originally had my hopes set on only for the assistant to tell me they only had one of the balloons in stock and only ONE of that balloon . I left Party City in tears due to frustration and the constant let down . The manager nor the assistant offered me any alternatives or offered to help me find a resolution to my problem in anyway . They were very careless to a very important even that I was having . I can not remember their names but the manager was the short Caucasian lady and the assistant was a heavy set African American male . They both worked Friday (June 15) and Sunday (June 17). read more

Came in to do an exchange, and good lord, this party city is a mess. The bathrooms were not clean, the store looked dark and dirty. The employees were not very helpful; we were in line, and there was only one cashier and at least four people waiting while she handled the lady in front of us. There were other employees around, but none of them came to help her until I am assuming the manager (I couldn't tell if she was the manager, she didn't have a name on her badge) came up to help. The lady who did help us didn't act like she wanted to be bothered. The store is located in a rough area, but having worked in retail, that shouldn't affect your attitude. Definitely will not be returning to Party City again read more
