They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. I had my arms full with items (because their "carts" are just a small basket on wheels) and an associate squeezed past me 3 times without saying a word. A manager worked overtime to avoid eye contact, and when I finally made it to the register, the cashier was having a personal conversation with a friend and only when I spoke loudly to get her attention did she turn around. I'm happy with the items I purchased, and I got a good deal I think for everything I got, but I definitely won't return simply because of how terrible the staff is from top to bottom.

If your having a bad day or just don't want to be there, don't let the customer be able to tell. I went here to buy some pants and realized they were shorts, when I went to return them a employee who I assume is a manager,pops up "oh I figured you wanted pants when you came in here the other day, i saw they where shorts, " i feel it was pretty intentional to let me walk out with the wrong purchase, because absolutely no one is looking to buy shorts to paint in the middle of winter and then you even acknowledge you noticed the mistake. She even had a little attitude when she was helping me (pushing the pack of shorts on the counter back a me like she was agitated, they was absolutely no reason even to) You can't finish a sentence without her trying to cut you off. Disrespectful and i won't be back as the management isn't right so nothing else will be, next they'll be giving me the wrong colors of paint or charging me the wrong prices.

They asked for some proof and then, within just 1 week replaced the product. In the past, other nurseries would tell me to wait 6-8 weeks to see if the tree revives. Of cpurse that meant keeping a dead tree in my yard for a few month and then they would ask me to mail it in! Often it was a large tree and mailing it would be a hassle not to mention quite pricey. Pixies Gardens take complaints within first two weeks and actually issue replacement. The remaining 3 trees are thriving. Shipping was fast, packaging great and quality of the trees is excellent.

It was shown with a decorative pot and clearly stated to be appropriately 18" tall. The plant that I received was 24" tall and the pot was not as shown, different size and no decoration. Tried numerous times to contact them both by phone ( they never answer and their mail box was always full) and emails. They did acknowledge my emails by return emails stating that they would get back to me but never did. All I wanted to do was to return the plant but never received the information to do so. I would not buy anything from them through their website. If you go in person you may get what you want but don't trust them otherwise. Very unprofessional and unethical business.
