We needed to use it twice, a few days apart. She had told us if there was any damage in between events she'd come and fix it for us. Well, the day of our second event, at 4:15 pm (our event was at 6 pm), we noticed many deflated balloons. It was our fault for not storing it properly, but I called anyways. Without questions, Melissa flew into action. She brought us a ton of new balloons, turned our archway into two perfect columns, and we were all set and ready to go with plenty of time to spare before our graduation.
