The NRP group Cleveland is terrible. I moved out of one of their units located in Columbus, Ohio…read moreand they have yet to solve the issue on returning my security deposit. I speak to someone they tell me it's in the mail then I have to call the Sinclair and they tell me the same thing they're wrongfully withholding my security deposit. There was nothing wrong with their apartment unit and they have no reason to keep my $1589 worth of security deposit money that I paid one lady even went on her way to tell me how much I would get back and there will be an itemized listing why I was getting back that amount and I still haven't received it in Ohio. You have 30 days to send out a notice and return whatever money's belong to the tenant that was February 20, 2026 is July 1, 2026 and I'm sure if the Sinclair family apartments suck all the rest of them that they're under their name the NRP group suck and all the people that work for them!

NRP Group is one of the worst companies I have ever leased from. Checkout the reviews on their…read moreproperties here in San Antonio at The Landings At Brooks City Base and Belleza at Cresta Bella. They make up rules as they go along: for instance, all the way up until February-March they would allow you to pay your rent via credit card with no fees, then all of a sudden we received notices that they were implementing a fee if you paid via credit card (mind you, I've lived here since last summer so that was a slap in the face not only to implement something like that, but to give less than 60 days notice as well). They then tried to implement an online payment portal which was a train wreck. Not even 30 days later they sent out notices that you MUST pay by check for your May rent (which I don't own a checkbook and that meant that I had to go out and incur a fee to get a cashier's check) because of a problem with their payment system. The problem with their payment system was in fact that they had sold the property to a new management company, Community Property Management Co. which we are just now finding out about today thru a notice left on our doors. They implemented parking passes at the City Brooks property and refuse to do so here even though at night the parking here is so bad you have people parking in fire lanes or parking behind other cars blocking them in, in some instances. People that own garages take up 3 spaces because they have their garage, the space in front of their garage, but they ultimately end up parking on "the strip" or main drive where people without garages, car ports, etc. are supposed to park - and once again, management does NOTHING. They also decided to repave the parking lot and gave less than 48 hours notice on their intent to do so and so of course, when people weren't aware of what was going on and parked where they were trying to pave, they had people's cars TOWED. I feel like NRP group has never actually managed a property before and the way that they are going they are going to end up in a lawsuit.

They showed up on time and everything was loaded fairly quickly. The guys were friendly and did a good job. No breaks worked the whole time till the truck was loaded. In addition, a new television stand that was just delivered to the condo, along with the wall and ceiling were damaged when they attempted to place it in the desired location. The items were all damaged after unloading them from the truck at the new location, and each instance was specifically due to negligence. The team members removed all padding from the items prior to removing them from the truck. In the case of the television, they lifted it with their hands against the screen. This caused internal damage. The screen was severely smudged on one side but not cracked. When I saw them carrying it in this manner I remarked on it to my husband and asked him to plug in the set and check it before they left. You can see from the photos the damage that was caused. Each item was purchased in February of this year except the television stand, which was freshly delivered the same day. When I reported the damage to the owner, I was accused of making a fraudulent claim to extort new merchandise from Diesel Pro Movers. They refused to credit us any amount other than 59 cents per pound for the television, which amounted to less than $60 for a $2399 set. The entire event was unbelievable. We had hundreds of dollars of meat stored in the freezer, and each product was new...only three months old. I had no incentive for replacing any of the items. The team grew belligerent. The lead member Geoffrey, and one of his associates shouted obscenities and was hostile towards my husband. Our fifteen year old daughter was in the house, as was a representative from Spectrum. They had to leave to avoid further escalating the situation since the team refused to leave our premises. He called the police and all three were removed from the house. Please do yourself a favor and hire professional movers to assist you and not this company. The amount of money you think you are saving is not worth losing these types of items or those which might be of sentimental value to you.
