One star for having them ready on time, however considering the longevity of the helium I'm sure they were probably filled the night before, so it's no wonder they were ready. Won't be going back :(

No greeting when we entered, very little help with our purchase, and no "thanks for your business"…read morewhen we completed the purchase. That's the abbreviated version. It did not take long to realize we were disturbing the young lady at the counter with our presence. There was one other person in the store perusing the isles while the wife and I looked at the balloons displayed directly behind the counter where the 'money taker' was working. Not so much as a grunt out of this person until we had decided on a balloon. We could only get a few syllables out of this individual which we eventually figured out to mean they were out of this particular balloon. We decided on a second choice. I would not have believed how laborious it appears to prep one balloon for sale until now. There also was no offer to add a weight to the balloon which would the 'money taker' probably viewed as going above and beyond the call of duty. We deciphered the next jumble of barely audible syllables as the final price. We paid and left. No 'thanks for your business' was heard. Of course, by now, we did not expect anything else. I had to return the next day because the balloon purchased the night before had lost half of it's gas. I decided it was not worth the effort to complain to the person behind the counter. I'll use Yelp. Looks as if I was right about my overall impression of this business. How does this place keep the doors open?
