They take the time to find what the best product for your skin is and even let you know about upcoming discounts so you can get better prices. Their kid section is pretty legit too and the girls over that department are amazing. Every year they organize a runway deal where they let the kids model Belk clothes and my nieces and nephew had a blast. From having snacks available to helping find their sizes and even games afterwards, they go above and beyond to make it a success. Also, my mom forgot her cell phone once and the guy at the men's counter held it for her. It might seem like no big deal but nowadays honesty is rare.

I disputed this with the store manager and my bank on the same day this happened and again in January, repeatedly. Because, I was not allowed to leave the store with any merchandise. There was nobody on the floor, I wasn't greeted when I entered and after that encounter I simply just walked out. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and I am still just in my early 20's and it just baffles me that people are so rude. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I saw some cute inventory. Otherwise I would have given 1 for customer service and the store in general was a mess.
