I emailed Tommy and he took the time to answer all my questions patiently (which were plentiful as we had just adopted our 15 month old dog two months prior). The assessment process was explained in detail and hearing how he manages the assessment day and introduction to the rest of the dogs made me feel confident when we dropped him off for the first time. Arthur is very sweet, but we needed to work on his manners, mostly learning how to approach other dogs and read their social cues. We started working with a trainer and knew we wanted to find a daycare that would reinforce the positive behaviors we were working on. With training at home and now daycare at Diggity , Arthur is so much more socially confident and well behaved at home. I know when Arthur is at daycare he is being well taken care of. We get a verbal report of the day at pick up, which shows just how much attention is paid to each dog. Tommy has a solid knowledge of dogs and can read the behaviors. We boarded overnight recently and had complete peace of mind. Arthur is tail wagging as soon as we walk through the door at drop off in the morning and daily pictures are so fun to see, also! I highly recommend Diggity Doggy to anyone looking for quality daycare and boarding.

This time, I asked for one night and a bath/cut, quoted at $325 and charged $576. My directions were to cut the dogs as short as the groomer was comfortable with, knowing that my Australian Shepherds are double coat dogs and every groomer I've taken them too refuses to go any shorter than 2". They shaved my dogs down to the skin, and then sent a picture asking if they took off enough....as if I'm able to say "please put some back on". They fought with me every step of the way and lie about their service and pricing. I'd be amazed if they were actually licensed to groom dogs. They are rude, insulting, and refuse to apologize for any of their absurd actions. For the safety of all pets in the area, they should close shop and find something new to do. 1 star because I can't put 0.

Knowing small businesses need to be acknowledged and recognized more, I wanted to post a review on what a great experience me and Mongo have always had there. The manager Rick, goes above and beyond for customers, as well as for their dogs. He always has the dogs' best interest at heart. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted either by him or other staff, and feel like I'm always treated like family. Even if Mongo gets to go there for a few hours to play and not for a full day, I always make sure to get there before 11:30am or after 1:30pm. They are closed during that time reason being, all of the pups that are there, no matter what- get nap/down time during that duration to rest. I love that they do that. The groomer, Corinne is also amazing, and it's so convenient. I cannot recommend Lucky Dog enough

He was grumpy, unfriendly, rude, unwelcome, irritable, admonishing me for unclear reasons & had difficulty looking me in the eye, super, super weird, racist undertones, wouldn't recommend anyone with melanin coming here yikes. If you have the misfortune of meeting this character you'll Definitely see what I mean- I didn't want my dog or family to be subject to any of those vibes moving forward. We've had absolutely terrific experiences in the past (only looking for a new daycare due to a move) and have never encountered an individual who spoke/behaved like this & emanating such a super negative/surly vibe, especially a person who reportedly works with dogs, wowza! Clearly he does this for the $$, he didn't acknowledge my dog either until we were finally able to exit the place (also- the place STINKS a lot, was more than what you'd expect). I was already not feeling the best about the place given to several negative reviews- but this crappy experience sealed the deal. Also thought it was weird when the girl who checked my dog in was the same one who checked me out & said "they" should have told you we close at 1130am (?), umm is she referring to herself in the 3rd person, odd gaslighting meant to insult my intelligence? Appropriate training of staff including the head (as we all know those folks set the example, in this case a very poor one) highly needed, the so called managed def acts as though he is doing you a huge favor (ha! he may want to review how a business including a small one like this one works, we dogowners are definitely handing over cash for services). & msg to him: you're not a rocket scientist, please get over yourself *eyeroll*. For anyone in a similar situation Don't bother wasting time w/ this place- terribly rude, unprofessional, and their hours make zero sense (and are also not what's written online- manager again seems to concoct his own rules on the fly depending on who he's looking at, total discriminatory oddball). Visits are noted with cards, telling you how your dogs did on their walks or during the visiting / play time. The company is very willing to make special adjustments to suit your dogs' needs, be it delivering medications, feeding them, watering them, or even something as particular as playing with a "special" toy that the dog loves. Ownership is very personable. Heidi knows each dog personally and individually trains walkers by accompanying them to visit dogs. My dogs *love* Heidi and the walkers; I've actually been home a few times for their sessions, and both of my dogs positively freak out as if a family member is coming over. I cannot recommend Dogs Love Running enough. It's a really well-run business, operated by people who are totally trustworthy, and who really DO care about your pet. They are completely deserving of your business!

Brought our dog here thinking, based on what we saw on the website, that it was a smaller farm with…read moredogs staying in the home. We could not have been more mistaken. It's a giant kennel. Their version of "Daycare" is not an afternoon playing but time spent in a tiny box of a "room" with occasional outside time. (We were shown the "room" through a window of 1 building and while it is tall, it was barely big enough for our dog to curl up and go to sleep - especially if there was to be a water bowl inside.) Our dog goes to daycare to play at other daycares and loves to play with other dogs - he often rolls on his back even to the little ones to play. They said he was "circling" the other dogs. He's a herding breed - that's what they do! They just didn't like my assessment of their facility - and my dog is big and some dogs are scared of him but we haven't had any issues at any other daycare. I'm sure it scared my dog to be put immediately into a kennel after being stuck in one for months before we rescued him. Not a "family" farm - just a giant kennel. We were not allowed inside any buildings on our tour. I will add that we didn't see ANY dogs outside - not on drop off, not during our tour or on pick up. Their "trainer" came out and told us that the first thing he would be doing is putting Monte in a box. We immediately questioned this and said we didn't like it. Again, our dog Monte is a rescue dog and was very stressed when we got him from a situation where he was too often in a kennel. Why would they think this is the way to have any dog start off calm and happy in a new environment? They obviously have many open areas where you could have had him inside or outside by himself to introduce people and dogs little by little. He was probably stressed by this, however their trainer saw we didn't like the place from the start and didn't handle things properly. Their trainer continued to tell us they sit in a box all afternoon with maybe 2 20-30 minute play sessions. Again, day care is supposed to be play time - not time spent in a box! He could see we didn't like this. Their trainer then said our dog displayed inappropriate behavior. Our dog has never muzzle punched any dog - he doesn't mount or show teeth (this comment was added on after the fact)! He loves other dogs and is usually submissive even with the little dogs. We've had many other dogs and when they have gone to play for an afternoon at other daycare facilities, they aren't put in a box unless they are overnights. If your other clients realized how much time you keep the dogs in kennels, I'm pretty sure they would pull out fast.
