First visit was good. Just had my second visit and it was awful. I asked for a manicure with dazzle nail polish. There was only one worker and nobody else but me in the salon, yet she couldn't get me out of there fast enough. She rushed my manicure, was aggressive and abrasive with the manicure. Didn't clean up the clear nail polish and my fingers/cuticles look very dry. After the nails were dry, I reevaluated and asked her to fix the sides, since she did not cover it with nail polish fully and to fix bubbles that were appearing on my nails. She said she didn't see anything wrong and then sat back down and went her phone. I said usually the manicurist fixes the issue. I said I had no issues last time and I didn't understand why she wouldn't fix it. I said I paid for a service and you are rushing and ignoring me. She said that I can just go to another salon. read more

This was my first time getting a mani pedi since Covid. I was so pleased. I will be back. The spa is so light and bright and pretty and very clean. The technicians wear masks. The tools they use are sterile or are brand new out of the plastic wrap. Laura helped me pick out colors by trying them on my nails! How cool is that! She was meticulous in taking care of my cuticles which needed work. Really enjoyed the mani and spa pedi with the massages and the organic products used. The pedi chair gives a good back massage. I have been going to this nail salon since all have reopened following the COVID 19 outbreak at end of May. I had visited it once last year and always remember how clean and new the decor was. They had been carefully sanitizing and following proper guidelines/procedures for safety and social distancing. This past Saturday however, was not a great experience. I scheduled a manicure at 5:00 PM (checking that it was still an hour before they closed). There were a couple of other customers in the facility along with 2 technicians. Since it was near closing time on a Saturday, they became lax in the sanitizing procedures. Not sanitizing the chairs and nail drying station after another customer left. In addition - I was rushed out at 5:41 PM, when they still needed to remain open until 6:00 PM. As soon as I walked out at 5:45 PM - the 2 employees rushed after me, locked up and left. And again, no cleaning was being done and they were in a big hurry to leave 15-20 min early. Sorry - can't take any chances right now, so I won't be going back. read more

Very clean! My nails looks great. And i am not someone who is bothered by these things but just two things that other people might not like: 1. I booked a no chip mani and a regular pedi. The woman took me to the color wall and told me to pick my color. I picked my toe color and i asked where the no chip colors were. She said "we have no chip colors that are similar to the ones on the wall, we don't display". So my finger nails are a beige/pink and my toes are a beige... should i have known i would've just done two different colors. 2. The manicurist didn't ask what shape i wanted my finger nails in. So she just did square. Mine were round when i came in, so i thought that's what she was following when she started, so a little bit of a bummer. read more

I can not say enough great things about this salon. I went here on a whim one night not expecting much, very loyal to another salon, and I was so amazed! Laura did my nails. Not only did she recommend my color choices in the least pushy yet most helpful way, but she spoke with me about what I wanted the whole time. I had a broken nail that I was certain would cause me to have to go down to the skin in length, but she fixed it no problem. You can't even tell! Secondly, after telling her I wanted point shape, she explained to me that it can be difficult to create that shape with natural nails but that she'd try her best. Well, she did it and it's literally the best shape I've ever had. Laura treated me so well, was so sweet and such a great conversationalist (which I usually don't enjoy!) that I would go again just for her. But to get THE BEST MANICURE I'VE EVER HAD on top of it? I am new to the area and was in need of a pedicure. I yelped nail salons around and found Party Nails and Spa. I walked in yesterday morning and was greeted and taken right away. The salon is clean and the workers were very nice. I ended up getting a pedicure and a manicure as well. I was told there is a Dazzle polish that lasts for 10 days. I chose that one for both my services. While it looked good on my toes I wasn't to happy about it on my nails but figured I'd deal with it until my next visit. I was told when I was paying that the polish has an extra charge. Ok. Didn't know that but was willing to pay extra to stay on longer. When I got home I looked over my toes more closely and did not like the way they were cut/filed. I fixed them and noticed underneath the toe nails were not cleaned. I ended up doing that as well. No biggie... until today. I get out the shower and see a chip on one nail and almost all the rest the polish is lifting off the nail. They peeled off. Very disappointing. I should have just stuck with OPI. I'm hoping my toe polish doesn't peel off also. read more

I went to this salon the other day for a regular pedicure & was very happy with it. The salon is super cute & quiet, which I like. The workers were very friendly & respectful the whole time. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the massage part of the pedicure, it was extremely short compared to other pedicures I've had at other salons, but it was still nice.
