After the customer had already paid and was on their way out, a staff member loudly shouted "NO TIP?" across the salon. It completely stopped the room. The customer explained they had no cash and there was no option to add a tip on the receipt, yet the staff member continued to show visible frustration. This exchange happened in front of multiple customers and was extremely awkward to witness. Regardless of anyone's feelings about tipping, publicly calling out a paying customer like that is unacceptable. Tips are not an entitlement, and confronting someone in that manner is disrespectful and unprofessional. What made it worse was seeing the staff's attitude immediately change once the customer handed over additional money -- suddenly everything was fine again. As someone sitting there watching this unfold, it left a very bad impression. A salon should be a relaxing environment, not one where customers are shamed or pressured. I won't be returning, and I'd encourage others to consider places that treat their customers with basic respect.

I removed the polish first from my left toe and when I saw the fungus thought it must have been introduced when she cut my cuticle and it bled. But there is even worse fungus (dense white coating) on my other toe. I wonder if it could be from the 'quick dry' coating she put on and then charged me for without telling me it would cost. Or, is it some type of cleanliness issue? I have NEVER had any type of fungus on my nails. I will never return to this establishment.
