I was recommended this spot by a family member and it did not disappoint! I got a no chip manicure and pedicure that I love, here's an overview: 1) So friendly and great price! 2) They took every COVID precaution possible (taking temp and given hand sanitizer upon entering, everyone wears a mask, the nail specialist wore protective gear at all times, there are shields between patrons and employees when doing manicures and pedicures) 3) During my visit, there was no more than 2 patrons at any time in the shop. 4) They did the works - amazing massages and hot towels. I'm giving Queen Nails 5 stars based on excellent service and prices. I randomly stopped in & decided to have both mani/pedi as there is a special rate of $35 for both Mon to Wed. I have infrequently stopped in for many years and was surprised the low prices have remained. Every pedicure I get there lasts me several weeks. I also really like the firm acupressure type of hand, leg & mini neck massage performed by Sena. On this particular unplanned visit, I failed to bring sandals. I was also concerned about being late to pick up my preschooler. Sena finished my mani/pedi in record time with no compromise on quality. She even managed this while multitasking & taking telephone appointments. Most impressively, she brought me an unopened package of really cute flip-flops w rhinestones so I wouldn't ruin my pedicure w my gym shoes. I was touched by her kindness & generosity. I've been disappointed with more upper-scale places and have concluded this is the only place for me. read more

This used to be my favorite little nail salon. Key words: USED TO. They have become rude and rushed and you used to be able to easily walk in but they always make a big deal now when you don't have an appointment. Now I make an appointment and you still don't have time to do a no chip manicure. WAIT? Sorry you can't fit me in. The friendly person that used to work here has left and now my pedicure just feels rushed. They've also recently raised prices. I'll be finding a new spot where I can get the same quality manicure/ pedicure without the rudeness. read more

I want to give this nail salon a higher rating since I have been here in years past but the service and quality do not warrant a higher rating. We were in today for a bridal party appointment. The bride scheduled two individuals at 1pm and then the remaining girls at 2pm. The bride and one of the maids of honor went in at 1 because they had no chip. When we arrived at 2 they were still working on the first two girls; which would have been fine. However there were only two people working. If you schedule an appointment for 2pm for 4 people, why not at least have three people working? When it was my turn for a manicure, the woman stopped working on one of the girls who arrived at 1pm. Although she was allowing the no chip to soak, it did seem a little bit of a misuse of time. When she was doing my manicure she was moving sooo quickly. I could tell she was rushing because of the amount of people that there was (which she knew about ahead of time). I was actually surprised that she didnt cut me when she was doing my cuticles ... However later in the day I would realize why... She painted my nails and then put me at the drying stations. She mumbled that she would rub my neck when she came back, which she never did. Not a huge deal, but again all because she was rushed. When she did the clear coat it left tiny bubbles in the polish, I'm not sure why but because the polish was a nude pink it was noticeable. I didnt bother to tell her because she was so rushed and it looked fine enough to last to a wedding for tomorrow (the next day). Later in the day (maybe 6 hours later) my cuticles looked terrible and i had to go back over to trim certain areas. Now, i actually got a manicure and pedicure last week (in another wedding) and my cuticles and nail shape actually still looked nice... Until after this manicure. It was surprising that my nails did not look as good as when I came into the salon. To make a long review short, I was totally rushed and as a result the service/manicure suffered. read more

I just love this place. Sena and Kevin, once they know you, treat you like family. I call ahead and make an appointment and this works well, almost always the same day. Walk-ins mess with their mojo. Sena does the best freehand French manicure I have ever had. I pay by check as I recognize this is a very small business and them paying merchant fees for credit cards is just not right. I agree with the other reviewers about feeling rushed and having a rude tech. I went in for a pedicure. The female tech was nipping my cuticles too agressively, scrubbing with what felt like a rasp too aggressively, massaged my legs way too hard! When I was finally done, she went to go massage my shoulders and I thought someone was assaulting me because of the way she was hitting my shoulders too hard. I might go back but only if I can get a different tech and only because it is convenient. read more

I really like this place. It's small and doesn't make me feel like I'm a cog in a factory. They remember all the spa touches like a long massage and carrying my purse so I don't bump wet polish. The staff is very nice and the work is top notch. read more

Service is always nice and friendly. A++++ on the friendliness. Quality of manicure/pedicure depends on the person doing your nails. I had a favorite nail lady here but she left. The most annoying thing about this place is their credit card machine is "supposedly" not working and they ask that you pay cash. It happened a lot of times I came here. I believe they do this so they don't have to pay taxes on sales because cash payments may not be recorded. Just sayin'. Overall, ok but I think other nail places can do the same quailty of work they do on nails. read more

I Love This Place! A small intimate nail salon with friendly staff. Clean, sanitized stations and staff hands, lastly staff who speak English and does not carry side conversations. Siena (owner) gives great back massages and listens to customer in what they desire for manicures. Kevin (owner) strikes up pleasant conversation with clients, gives warm neck & shoulder pad, finally ensures clients are happy with mani & pedis. My manicure and pedicure are nice. The two nail techs seemed rushed. But what bothered me the most was the woman getting her nails done who was loudly talking business on her phone the entire time. I've been coming to this nail salon for years and they've been consistently good at all their services. Although it is rushed sometimes it's never too bad as long as an appointment is made. The no chip manicures are great and a lot of prep/care is taken before they're actually painted. The nail tech was friendly and helped me pick a color and recommended others. I agree with everyone who says they felt rushed. I went in to ask for a manicure. this was around 1. she said she had one open at 3-4-and 5. I asked her if we could do 3 and she proceeded to ignore me and answer the phone. she wrote something down. came back. and then as I asked her for the 3 o'clock again she said "sorry were booked" and practically kicked us out. very rushed. and also could have more techs from what I saw there were only two. read more

I love this place. I saw the comment about feeling rushed, if you go there as often as I do you understand that's the owner's personality. If you go out to the car and damage a nail they will fix it with no complaint. I love the massages no matter who is my tech. When I go with another person which is my usual way to go, I make an appointment. I recommend an appointment if you don't want to wait a long time. I've been to this place several times, and it has always been pleasant for me. I don't agree with the lower ratings of this place. It's owned by a couple that are the only workers there. I have had both the male and female work on my nails, and this is the place that I always end up resulting back to. I agree with the reviewer who said that they make you feel rushed. I MADE an APPOINTMENT for a Tuesday when I had a day off of work. I have given this place a few chances actually because I now live in the building next door and it is nice to be able to walk here. Well even when I had an appointment on a Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. I felt rushed especially by the woman tech. She grabbed my hand to remove any polish although my nails were bare while the male tech was doing my pedi. She practically threw my purse and pushed me into the chair to start my no chip. I told her please slow down I feel as if you are grabbing my hands and I cannot enjoy.. I have had manis for about 8 years and no chip manis for the past 2 years. WORST service and to top it off she barely did the sides of each nail and when I tried to show her she would not slow down. She even burned my skin with the bonding base coat. Once she was done I told her I was unhappy with the unpolished sides. She says " Sorry I am bad, this time bad. My fault" WTF??? You don't even care if your customers are happy??!!! Plus asking her to fix proved useless, she just said no chip is too hard to fix and she doesnt have time, next customer is coming. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE SHOULD BE ENJOYABLE AND NOT A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. I am usually easy to please but this was by far the worse service I have had. FYI the male tech was a lot more thorough with my pedi, but the horrid no chip just ruined my experience. She did not even give me a chance to remove my nice diamond ring before she started slopping lotion carelessly onto my hands.
