Service is good most of the time, usually get dip manicures (now $45) and gel pedicures (also $45). The techs are the reason why I have been going there since 2018 or so... but ownership changed, and slowly, so has the vibe. As of 2024, these have gone up more than $10 since the Covid pandemic, and lately Zoe has implemented these really annoying nickel and diming charges for basic things like takeoff of dip and a polygel patch for a toe with a chip in it at $5 a pop. Moreover its very irritating to not have my appointment times kept, while they hound you with reminder texts and lecture you being a few minutes late when it's obvious they took a walk-in who has been there awhile, and hasn't had their color done yet when you arrive for your appointment 5 to 15m early. Ended up waiting 45m while someone else started the takeoff and pedicure, it really is touch n go, and some of the techs do half ass work or have a less than stellar attitude. The second time this happened, I asked loudly why I bother making appointments, especially when I had been reassured this was not going to happen again when I made this one. Of course it did... Im also tired of being asked if I have the day off. Why so concerned about my schedule? Final straw and really rethinking my patronage. There are still a few places that do dip manicures for $45, I'll go to a $55, but that's no tip, same as I give here... I'm kinda over it read more

very upset today with service! The girl did my regular manicure and pedicure she was new. It was understandable that she will do her job slowly but please manager or the co worker should show her the step by step of pedicure. She did not remove dead skin and calluses from my heels and ball of the foot. She does not know English so she did not communicated with me, she used cold water for everything instead of warm water. the total service she took more than 2 hours and I spent $55 just for nothing. I could have not give her the tips but I did. please train a person first before you let that person to work with customer. I don't think I will come here again. worst experience ! read more

Checking in since my last review about my nails chipping within 2 days. I went back to get them fixed. And after 1 hour, multiple coats, and multiple cures later they were "fixed". And just one week later... they had chipped again. I could tell the technician really took her time and tried to fix it, but it seemed like the quality of the chrome was just not it, it kept flaking off despite her attempts to add more chrome. The cost of getting your nails done is worth it so long as the quality is there. In this case, it seems the nail salon is neither using quality products or offers long lasting nails. I've been really disappointed in my entire experience here. Would not recommend. read more

I have been searching for my go-to nail salon for a while. I've been going to this facility at least once a month for the past year! I have recommended this place to my colleagues and friends. All agree that this nail salon has amazing service and really clean! They have recently remodeled, so all the massage chairs are brand new and works amazingly. My gel nails last at least 5 weeks. I get them done every 6-7 weeks because they last so long! Some of the nail techs know how to do nail art! So they did my nails for my wedding and engagement photos. I visited as a walk-in, and there was a bit of confusion as to whether there would be time for my service, but once that was settled I enjoyed this experience. My nails had become quite long under my acrylic, and the ladies were able to preserve the length and integrity with a slow soak off. Marisol did a fantastic job on the shape, and Caroline did an equally stellar job on my no-chip manicure. She even recommended a different brand of shellac to avoid bubbles in the application. She took her time and didn't rush the application even though it wasn't a planned visit. All in all, worth returning! read more

Service was amazing but my nails started chipping the next day after a no chip manicure and now look like this on the third day :( i got my nails done Monday and this is by Wednesday morning. She was so careful and meticulous but the quality isn't there. Paid over $30 for a no chip for such bad quality. Will not be coming back. UPDATE: It's been only a few hours since these pictures were taken and the nails are even worse. See update pictures for reference. I wish I could go back and ask for a refund. Ridiculous!! Taking my review down to one star. UPDATE 2: I will up the review to 3 stars because I went back and another tech was able to totally fix the nails. Oh my goodness, Lori/Laurie had the nerve to call THE POLICE on me last Monday and I'm yet to hear anything still. My friend Rebecca asked me to join her at her fave nail shop. I had never been and she said that they were great and that she loves her nail lady so of course I will too. We get there, choose our color, sit in the chairs, my friends fave lady starts on her toes, I wait 10 mins until Ming/Meng does my pedicure. I don't think pedicures are her specialty but she even hot stones (I didn't ask for them, I'm assuming it comes w/the pedicure). My friend was still in her chair and Ming/Meng asked me if I wanted to sit in the chair and wait for my friend, I said yes. Rebecca gets done and she moves to the manicure table to start her no chip. I had brought only $40 w/me b/c that is all I wanted to spend and I only wanted a pedicure. I did not want to spend any more money than my budgeted amount. Ming/Meng walks up to me a bit later and asks me am I alright? I say yes and ask her how much? She says it's $27 and that's when we proceeded to head to the register. I gave her my $40, she hands it to Laurie/Lori and then Lori/Laurie hands me back back change and I thank her and sit down. When my friend finished paying and we were heading out, Ming/Meng starts yelling towards me that I didn't pay so I told her I did. I gave you $40 and you gave the money to the other lady and she gave me my change. She said hold on while she went to the back to get Lori/Laurie. Laurie/Lori and I argued back and forth and I take my change out and see she has given me back $20 in change and Rebecca tells me if anything I should have gotten $13 back so I owe her $7. I give it to her and we started to turn out and leave, Laurie/Lorie says "but you didn't pay", we look at each other like what? But I did pay, I know I paid b/c I brought the exact amount I wanted to spend, in cash and now I don't have the two twenty's I started w/when I walked in. I tell her why not pull the cameras, she says she has to call her manager to do so, so I take a seat. She calls the "manager" and then tells me it will take a few hours to pull the footage, so I suggest that she calls the police b/c I'm not paying her again, I know what I gave them. She calls the cops, the respond very promptly and they listen to our sides. Luckily Rebecca chimes in and says, it seems like the money went through too many hands and now it's a mess. The cops agree and advise Lorie/Laurie, they can't do anything until the manager reviews the footage and contacts them, Lorie/Laurie had advised us the manager was reviewing it but the cops could not just make me sit there. So Lorie/Laurie calls up the manager and starts w/ "yeah, the police said they can't do anything w/her until you review the footage" that caught my attention and she started talking Vietnamese. They take my information and Lorie/Laurie tells them she wants a copy of my license and they say no. They take down her contact info and she then lets them know (in front of everyone), that they run a legitimate business. I, of course, will not be returning. 2 Year Update: Never received the video footage they said they would pull up. They decided to embarrass me for no reason. read more

I just had one of the best pedicures ever and it was only the standard pedicure. Imagine if I had upgraded? Wow! Nikki is so detailed and diligent on every single aspect of the pedi. My feet are baby derrière smooth, my cuticles are perfection, toe nails perfectly shaped and the polish is flawless. I used to go to Toe Paradise but they were always late and impolite about it in completely ignoring me. I never had a pedi like this one back in the Toe Paradise days. I was recently at simply nails on August 17th. I scheduled my appointment for my nails to be done by the owner. She has done my nails before in the past so I preferred her to do my nails. Not in the past I've always known that she's not a personable type of person. But on this particular visit she was incredibly rude to me. I extended her some grace because she's pregnant. But what I did appreciate was the fact that she was not paying any attention her focus was more so on running her business while at the same time she's got a drill on my nail and she's drilling into my skin my flesh causing me to bleed. That was strike one. Strike two was when I was getting a pedicure she stopped the lady from doing my pedicure and she took over and she was very aggressive with how she handled me she dropped the machine that they use to dry your nails on top of my feet messing up the big toenail when I address this with her she told me "don't worry I'm going to take care of it"in a very short and dismissive manner. I will never use this lady services again because I pay good money for my manicure and pedicures and don't appreciate bad service. read more

I've been coming to this salon for a couple of years now and I have nearly always been super happy with the results I've gotten; I do make sure I specify the technicians I want though (it's a bit of a trial and error, like with other salons I've been to, in the past). I get the no chip for both my mani and pedi and they last 3-4 weeks for me. My fingernail growth requires them to be filled-in every 3 weeks, but due to my hectic schedule, sometimes I couldn't make it in for an entire month and they still looked passable. I really enjoy the spa pedi, too. Whenever I need an appointment, they are quick to respond to my online message. They get pretty swamped though, so occasionally I still have to wait a bit even though I've booked an appointment; however, the trade-off is that they take their time to get my nails looking the way I want them, so I just make sure I carve out extra time and bring my work with me to keep me occupied while I wait. read more

As a life-long nail biter, I wanted to try a dip manicure because then I wouldn't be able to pick or chip away at my nails. I was looking for something that would stay un-chipped and strong enough that my nails could grow undisturbed and strengthen. The technician knew what she was doing and the quality of my manicure was fantastic. I kind of felt bad because a couple nails kept chipping during the polish so she would have to grind down a layer and add it back on, but I was very impressed by her diligence. I was very happy with how my nails turned out and they lasted for two months, until I decided to take them off because they had grown so long. I recommend really growing your nails out before coming here for a dip manicure. I didn't realize how thick it would come out, so if you have shorter nails it might end up looking bulky. Dip was great because my nails have since become stronger, I might try gel next time though! read more

First visit to this salon. I struggled with this rating. My initial impression is the salon is messy and could use a good deep clean and decluttering. Made me think that maybe my tools etc are not sanitized. Zoey answered the phone approximately 15x to enter appointments while working on my medi/pedi causing my appointment to last 30 mins longer then needed. This is completely unacceptable when working with a client. On the other hand, the quality of my no chip mani from Zoey was excellent. Going on 3 weeks and only 1 nail finally began to chip at the edge (stayed firm even while cleaning my house) The basic pedicure is also excellent, offering more then any other salon I have been too with a nice long quality massage and hot rock/towel treatment. If this salon cleans up and hires a receptionist to answer calls-it would receive 5 stars from me. read more
