We needed a place that allowed Bruce, and his other special needs friends, to feel comfortable and safe. Not only is this place sensory friendly, but it also allowed the kids to just be. We did the stuff a pet party, which I thought would be great for the little ones, so they can take a friend home with them. All I had to do was bring the cake to the venue. The rest of the place was ready to go with all the party essentials. The staff was so great with the kids and all parents had nothing but nice things to say. Shout out to Samantha, who helped me book the party over the phone. She made me feel comfortable and sure enough everything was great. I would totally come back for a crafting class with Bubs.

Watching them set up and get all the animals taken care of was a treat. Talking to them for a bit, I found out that most of the petting zoo animals they have were rescues! And they were all so well mannered and couldn't help but but fall for them all! (And there are many!!) Watching them set up was also amazing as they appear to have it to a science ! We had a booth near them and all we did was watch the lines of families there to do both the petting zoo and the Pony rides maintained all day! I reached out via email first with questions on different options and pricing and they were very responsive and helpful. I then went to their shop and discussed options in person and gave a deposit. Dana offered a lot of great ideas that fit my daughter's woodland-themed first birthday party. The day of the party they got to the restaurant early for setup and arranged the centerpieces accordingly. Very satisfied! Would work with them again!

As I began panicking, I called Bella Balloons and was told that they had gotten the date mixed up and all they offered was to deliver the centerpieces or a full refund while my party had already begun. needless to say, my family stepped in and ran to Party City to pick up balloons and salvage the decor of my daughters communion.
