The salad was very fresh and the dressing was a really light Italian that was very complementary to the greens and not overwhelming at all. When the lasagna came, I initially thought wow that's a lot of cheese, but it really was not an overwhelming amount. And the taste of the sauce as well as the meat in the lasagna was fantastic. I don't know what I expected, quite possibly the same generic type of lasagna you get at most places, but this was far from it. Very different than many other lasagnas and tasted as if a family member made it with an old secret family recipe. The restaurant is very clean and classy. My server was very polite and attentive, but not overwhelming. I didn't get any bread, which was a bit of a disappointment, not because I need bread in the least, but I do enjoy trying different breads at different restaurants. However, that takes away nothing from the dining experience for me. I won't even remove a star for it. This is five star all the way.

Beautiful winery, we drove into the driveway and looks like a house. The backyard is a hill and you can see the vineyards. The inside was very spacious, suited for large groups and private parties. The patio and more seating in the backyard. They serve finger foods, pizza, and charcuterie boats. The bar is on the left as soon as you enter the building, review the list of wines they offer, you can do a flight or by glass. They don't offer tasting, but can give you a small sample prior to choosing a glass. Service was great, they gave me a pager for the food. We had a carrier for my wine and open seating anywhere. We got some amazing photos. The time I came for the museum I was chaperoning a small group of summer camp kids. Our tour guide was amazing. He let the kids ring the bell, go into some of the train cars, and walked us around the grounds. The kids really seemed to enjoy themselves. Both time the grounds were insanely muddy. But it's outside on actual old rail tracks. I don't quite remember the bathroom situation but I know they gotta have them. I don't think they have any food or gift shop. On the afternoon of our friends wedding day, I watched Justin and his securely fastened fanny-pack, save the day for numerous wedding party & family members by keeping a sewing kit, band aids, water bottles, snacks, and other items at the ready. He was quick to hand Sara a safety pin, so that she could fix a bridesmaids broken strap before wedding party photos. An hour later, I watched him calmly reassured the MOB as he cleaned her emerald green dress, after a splotch of mayo tried to ruin the day. I noticed all of these things as just a guest, so I can't even imagine what other hiccups were fixed & crises were avoided, behind the scenes! Everyone knows... it's not a wedding until everyone is 20 minutes behind the established timeline, and at least one groomsman has had a few too many beers. Justin & Sara's performance at this event, led me to approach their table that night, introduce myself, and attempt to book them as MY wedding DOC's within the first 5 minutes of meeting them... AND I wasn't even engaged! (yet). Their advanced preparation, quick-thinking, and ability to communicate with all the different people it takes to successfully navigate a 250+ person wedding, sold me before I had even met them. ---- Fast forward to January 2025, I am actually engaged now (lol), and in full-on wedding planning mode. I contacted Justin & Sara to book their DOC services- and they immediately agreed to take on my big day! On September 13th, 2025, I married the love of my life, and had the most perfect wedding day. Looking back on our big day, we can confidently say that Justin and Sara were the best wedding coordinators we could have EVER ask for! They reached out multiple times in the months and weeks prior to the wedding to understand our vision and all the little, yet important, details. They were able to help us make informed decisions on certain things, but were never too overwhelming with questions, or pushy with their opinions. On the morning of the wedding, they worked their tails off getting all the last minute details finalized and it turned out perfect. They remained poised & professional when navigating other family member's opinions, respectfully suggested changes that better aligned with our vision, and expertly handled any and all problems that arose, without ever involving myself or the groom-- unless absolutely necessary. Hiring Justin & Sara allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment on one of the biggest days of our lives. They were amazing to work with in all stages of wedding planning, and we can't recommend Bellora Event Coordination enough if you want to actually enjoy your big day, instead of getting tied up by all the questions and bogged down with logistics.
