Also, let me share they make it impossible to bring in your own vendors because they charge so much more for them. Their Dj repeated how many Selena songs. It was not a wide variety despite we actually shared the songs to play. Our list was not even used. We knew what our invites would like and he played whatever he wanted. I had the utmost confidence in them and was able to relax and enjoy the last month before my wedding, which can be a stressful time. My wedding consisted of a beautiful venue in Joshua Tree that was minimal with amenities/services included, so I had to hire just about everyone - food, cake, rentals, dj, servers, bartenders, flowers, etc! Cross + Swan did an excellent job of coordinating all of the vendors and keeping them on schedule. I had numerous guests at my wedding come up to me and tell me that my planners were the stars that day, nailing every detail and keeping the wedding going at a good pace with the timeline and also keeping everyone happy & worry free. The day of, the venue we booked decided to cut our setup time short because there was a party that booked lunchtime and was running late. Despite this setback, Janice and her team were there on time working on setting up while the restaurant workers were cleaning up. I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them.
